I think you're underestimating Kiba a bit. In the war arc, he has shown that his power is tripled with clones and if adding Sasuke's enhancement(In base, he can burrow through mountains and walls), he will be indeed capable of burrowing through Momoshiki and I'm pointing this out, his speed also increases when his power increases, power includes speed and all physical measures of his, considering he doesn't use basic Ninjutsu.

Momoshiki faced the 5 Kage at once and defeated them despite their collaborations. You're implying Kiba with an enhancement from Sasuke which CANNOT be above the Kyuubi cloaks in the war arc would put him above all the kage, in which case he can defeat the 5 Kage?
