As funny as it sounds I'd give this to cs Sasuke due to the ms Sasuke vs bee hadn't got susanno yet. And cs Sasuke skin shedding is a perfect counter to ama.

The cs would undoubtedly lend Sasuke extra stamina too. And we all know ms use kills sasuke.

The Sasuke vs Itachi would win. Had more experience with his power compared to MS Sasuke that fought Bee.

Only drawback was Itachi fight Sasuke was heavily handicapped due to CM drain and keeping Orochimaru's chakra at bay.

While MS Sasuke wasn't 100% vs Bee due to his fight vs Itachi and lost almost all of his moveset with CM gone and not knowing his MS abilities yet.

Sasuke that fought Bee is stronger. Once he awakened the mangekyo sharingan his ocular powers became stronger. He was still able to use his former abilities as Hebi Sasuke except for the white snake powers(such as shedding and twin snake).
Now with amatersu he can just use to defensively by covering his surroundings with the flame while using them offensively against hebi sasuke. Hebi sasuke can only shed one time because it taxes too much chakra so burning him a second time will be no problem.

They're basically the same in skill and speed, one just has MS,and the other has Cm And fast regen.

I give it to hebi high diff, Cm is more durable, regen, and speed.

He had better speed better stamina better healing and regeneration better durability etc. He could keep spamming his moves without losing chakra while MS sasuke has no stamina upgrade or speed upgrade. Curse seal improves physical speed and power and durability. This Sasuke was the fastest ninja at that time as no one who fights him stands a chance of living. He was that fast with curse seal but MS sasuke had his speed lowered but still in an injured state was fast enough to keep up with Bee who was fresh and had tailed beast chakra and had sharingan precognition tricking swordsmanship.

He was injured in that fight so you cant take that in face value. If he was full healthy then it wouldve been flamed more around bee.

This. After Sasuke got MS it was all about Amaterasu and Susano'o, nothing battle wise.

It doesn't take two sense to turn your body 360 with your eyes opens to use what I just said. Even if you want to argue that point, what can Sasuke do that hebi sasuke can do that ms can't?
Okay great he can shed his skin from amatersu, then what? He'll just amatersu him again.

Summons hydra orochimaru; amatersu. Reverse summoning jutsu? Ms Sasuke can do that too.

So what is it? What can e possibly do? How does gaining the mangekyo power all of a sudden make you weaker than the version of yourself that can't even beat a perfect jinchhuriki such as Bee? It doesn't make any sense. You don't get dumber the more powerful you become.

This is a faulty comparison, the sasuke that fought itachi was fully rested and well versed in his powers, the ms sauce that fought bee wasn’t fully recovered or even aware of his ms’ powers. The right comparison would be hebi sauce vs five kage summit sauce, in which case FKS sauce stomps

I would give it to the sasuke who killed bee. ametarsu will kill the snake orochimaru when Sasuke falls to chakra drain.
