I really hope he does use Lightning to improve his speed like Gale Palm, but I really like his Anime (white lightning) color.

It suits him for some reason, almost looks silver.

So far Boruto's been using Wind Release via Gale Palm to increase his speed, but like you said if he uses Raiton at the same time that would be x2 the boost.

That's not even counting how far his base speed will go, along with his Dojutsu (if it has a S/T or not). He could be extremely deadly for high tiers if that's the case
