Those are different things.

Sharingan always had the ability to read movements/fighting styles, but that doesn't mean that it could necessarily find weaknesses. But now it can, as it is Sarada's new sharingan ability.

This was already a thing. It's always had the ability to analyze in general using the insight granted, just like Sasuke vs Deidara or when Sasuke copied Lee taijutsu, it can be used to analyze taijutsu and its weakness.

For a Uchiha fan, you have a lot to learn

You don't even need the sharingan to do this, it just makes it easier.

Anyone can study someones fighting style while fighting them and find a weakness, It's nothing special or something only Dojutsu users can do.

What I got from Vulpini is BOLT's Jougan has time powers since he stole something he did in EP 11 that she hinted at (let alone not being the same thing in ability) in EP 38


plus he expanded it and changed it to actually do real weakpoints
