Sarada saw through Mirai's weakness and that would be her linear fighting style. A curved shuriken surprised her because she didn't see it coming.

Also Sarada told Boruto to distract Mirai "Keep what you are doing" anyone who doubts that she didn't analyze Mirai's weakness at that point is just in denial or a hyuga fan.

She didn't see a weakness with her sharingan mitsuki advices her to use her sharingan skills and she just realized she could attack mirai straight forward she forced mirai to step back for boruto to do the finishing move.

not denying whatever Sharringan ability she was trying to use but the anime opted for the broken Kunai and statement she said in the beginning of the episode

again unless you believe

a)any person hitting someone that is unsuspecting with a behind attack as "FINDING A WEAKNESS VIA SHARRINGAN"

b)Mitsuki literally telling her not to relay on her Sharringan for everything right before she opts to change her strategy.

I am saying she decided not to find that weak point and instead chose another strategy and her brain


and by weakness it is just her using precog to see Mira's moves and fighting style so she can conclude.

Those are different things.

Sharingan always had the ability to read movements/fighting styles, but that doesn't mean that it could necessarily find weaknesses. But now it can, as it is Sarada's new sharingan ability.
