I'll be using my outdated Akimichi bio in sig bro, but if I'm correct I should have a sound adv nin and imperfect toad sage mode. I'll probably take a specialty in tai alone for this match tho and be my guess and go first

The streets of Konoha.. Normally a bustling place full of life and laughter, however this time the street fell strangely silent, wind blew through carrying the old leaves in its gust in its wake stood a young woman, her eyes directed at her adversary.. examining each and every part that was about to come at her at full force, she reaffirmed her stance and shifted her weight gripping hold of the earth with her feet, she shuffled her right foot back directly behind her left with a gap about shoulder width apart, her left fist would take an open palm with the knife edge of her palm facing its opponent and positioned slightly below her eyes, her right palm would take a position by her solar plexus, her open palm facing the opponent. The sound of her feet scraping against the earth as it shuffled was shallow, the small pieces of gravel crumbling beneath her feet and her eyes filled with fire.
During this positioning of stance Kiko would passively activate her chakra sensing Technique, the small flames of chakra around would suddenly burst to life within her mind as her sensing would focus itself upon her opponent, Kiko would quickly reach into her pouch using her right hand whiles maintaining stance and grip hold of an explosive tagged kunai, as she would take out the Kunai infusing the tag with blast chakra as she did, she would hurl it towards her opponent, swinging her right arm upwards as she let the kunai fly strong, the kunai cutting through the wind was an unmistakable sound and causing the tag to flutter slightly behind was even less so, as the kunai approached swiftly Kiko would quickly perform a hand-seal utilising her right hand which had made its way back to its intended position in front of her solar plexus, and in doing so would cause the tagged kunai to erupt in a fiery explosion, its shock-waves tearing apart the buildings around its location and engulfing her adversary in its thunderous embrace.. Kiko would wait patiently and remain alert paying close attention to the opponents chakra.

Ummm, I will use all elements except.... wind I guess, and lets have some fun bro!
Eating a piece of meat Roo takes in his unusually quite surroundings as he wonders where everyone about the town has gone. All but a lonely woman stood before him, one that had pleasing features to Roo, but he couldn't help but grieve about her size. If she was but only plumper she would've been the one, or so he thought, but nonetheless Roo had seem to be her type, or so he figured, by the way she gazed at him while fixing her body position towards him giving the Akimichi her full attention. These racing thoughts of love and passion made Roo smile as he swiftly finished off the chunk of meat on a bone that was in his hand. For he knew the only way her love could be tested was in two ways, a good meal, or a good fight.
Reacting to the woman throwing forwards her explosive kunai Roo activates his hidden ability and takes on a more round appearance before viscously rotating in place, and before the kunai could reach into short range of him, the young akimichi shifts his weight downwards with so much force that it leaves a small crater in the earth as he is plummeted into a mid.range elevation at a forwards slant that would end above his opponent. The excessive mass detonation of his opponent's attack while traversing forwards would startle Roo, leading him to think that she was some sort of explosion specialist, or, that she was really interested in proving her love towards the handsome brute, but nonetheless the battle commenced as he descended upon her location with intent to smash before marriage.
( Baika No Jutsu ) - Multi-Size Technique

Description: This is a secret technique passed down in the Akimichi clan that increases the user's body size by converting their calories into chakra. The user can freely alter their size at will when using this technique and can use it for an extensive period of time. A common application of the techniques gives the user a very round appearance by mostly increasing the size of the abdominal section, which was done in order to use the Human Bullet Tank technique. Other, more common applications increase the size of the entire body, turning the user into a giant. This jutsu lasts for 4 turns.
Note: Only Akimichi Clan members can use this jutsu.

Description: Rolling Dump truck is a simple move used after the user expands their abdominal/torso area entering their Human Boulder form while the Multi-Size technique is active. Once in that form the user begins rotating in a single spot in order to swiftly build up speed, taking only a brief moment, before taking off at full speed towards their target area. Fully aware of the outside world while rotating, the user can use this technique to avoid certain jutsu of valid reasoning as they move on the field at increased speeds unrestricted by direction as a small fowl tail of dust follows behind them when used on certain surfaces. A special factor of the Rolling Dump Truck is the user's bounciness in this form and by quickly shifting their weight, first in the opposite direction to build energy before directing it towards the surface creating a form of bounce force, the user can effectively bounce their bodies off of solid surfaces towards any linear direction away from that same surface further utilizing their increased mobility during this move. Still heavy, the increased speeds of this jutsu makes the user a force to be reckoned with when contact is made with tangible targets like earth/water jutsu with a weaker strength or enemies alike, being able to either mow down their target as they roll over them, or crush them from above if the user bounced off a surface going upwards, but ultimately the form of attack is always left up to the user's creativity while maneuvering about the terrain.

Also sorry about the time it took to reply, been really busy lately
Oh, also i never asked >.< but what rank are you?
Kiko waited patiently as her Kunai cut through the cool air aimed towards her opponent, it was clear her opponent was about to attempt something however, her usual style was to just rush in an attack relentlessly however this had come to bite her back in the past, her patience had bore fruit, her opponent had dodged her Kunai and thus the explosion to come in the most unusual of ways, via bouncing into the air, if Kiko had done as she would usually and ran in without hesitation it would have been entirely possibly that she would have become a victim of that mans powerful attacks.
Kiko could not help but to give off a little giggle as she witnessed the plumper man take a more rounder shape and then of all things to bounce, her opponent bounced upwards avoiding her Kunai fairly easily, as this happened Kiko had already begun to channel wind into the palm of her right hand, the wind would start by taking a wild swirling vortex that gathered in her palm similar to the creation of the rasengan in a way, she would further manipulate this wind and expand it and mould it, swiftly forming a lance like shape of intense Spinning winds, clenching hold of this spear she would throw it, with all her might behind it, she aimed straight towards the opponent in the sky who would be mid range from herself nearly above her.
As she released the lance, Kiko would swiftly perform two hand-seals feeding more of her chakra into the lance, causing the winds that had been moulded into the shape of a spear to expand in size and with it came extra power as well, the lance would fly straight and true and as it collided with the opponent it would without a doubt grind straight through him due to its incredibly piercing potential further aided by the extra power given to it previously, blood would spew as the spear cut through the opponent like butter causing the street of Konoha to experience a downpour of crimson red rain, Kiko would simply stand and bathe in the crimson liquid, a dark and ominous smile would creep itself across her face and her eyes would glow a crimson red matching the blood that would pour..
"Oh poo! And here i thought it would be nice to get to know you better"
Kiko's words were playful but a clear tint of darkness enveloped them, Kiko would remain on stanby waiting for her opponents reaction carefully paying attention to his chakra.
Im fairly certain that Wind expansion can be used in the same time frame on the wind technique used, however i cannot find the post that pervy told me this and the technique itself doesn't state it so, so for the sake of avoiding unnecessary arguments i wont include it in the same time frame ^^

I think I'm Jounin like you bro, I just have additional chakra bcz i'm an Akimichi. And idk if that tai move is Lee exclusive or not but its so simple idk if itll matter.
Noticing the creation of the spear of wind Roo would have no other choice but to cease his attack in order to re-think his strategy, and therefore releases his boulder form returning to normal size as the upwards/forwards aerial motion comes to a slow end. It had seem like the babe beneath Roo was playing hard to get as she tried to prevent his close range running's by heaving her attack towards him which he nonchalantly reacted too while beginning his downwards decent thanks to gravity. Kneeding water chakra in his mouth the Akimichi creates a condensed senbon that seemingly appears protruding from his lips before being shot out directly towards the oncoming wind jutsu. Immediately upon the release of the water senbon Roo follows up with two hand seals as he continues his focus on said jutsu in order to boost its prowess and size, matching that of his opponent's, causing a massive explosion between the two jutsu ending in a widespread spew of water droplets pushed outwards by strong gusts of wind. The clash causes Roo to brace himself, crossing his arms in front of his torso and head without hampering his total view, as he increases in size also increasing the speed of his downwards fall upon the woman below. Entering short range Roo performs a swift forwards flip mid air that he transitions into a downwards heel kick with his giant left leg aimed towards the top of his opponent's skull before landing. The force from the blow would trickle down her spine and into the earth turning up the entire crust of short range as the giant lands standing just about 5ms tall.
