Tsunade is a medical nin, do the math. The only offensive capability she has is the byproduct of her training as a medic, her taijutsu is not refined at all, and she's fighting a guy that can maintain SM forever thanks to the frogs, with the enhanced endurance that gives (remember Naruto falling to some spikes with no damage at all) and also the enhanced perception? She's not landing a blow on him, not even by luck.

Why not? Eventually she will have to use her byakugou to keep fighting, while Jiraiya on the other hand will only get stronger as he pretty much has an unlimited chakra amount due to the toads.

Her Byakugō allowed her to continuously heal and protect the entire village of Konoha she’s not running out anytime soon.

Actually regenerating and destroying clones was the only thing she probably did, since dealing with 5 clones each hardly left her time to heal the others at all, and top that with 5 other clones attacking the one that needed healing, so even less of a window for her to heal. It's not like she can fight forever while using the byakugou either

He uses his own chakra as a component which is not unlimited and nowhere near Tsunade’s chakra reserve with the seal. The point of me bringing up Asura path is not that. The point is that Jiraiya’s sensory ability can’t help him against opponents better than Asura path in Taijutsu, which Tsunade is. Tsunade is also more durable than pain. Frog kata won’t deal any kind of severe damage to Tsunade even if we assume Jiraiya’s frog kata is on par with Naruto, which is a reach. The same move that killer preta path won’t damage Tsunade significantly as we’ve seen. You have to be durable to punch something hard and not destroy your own hands. If I punch an iron ball with everything I have I’ll break my own hands. Tsunade lunches and cracks susanoo without messing up her own hands. Her body is durable enough to not be significantly damaged by Jiraiya. Those SM feats are trash for someone who has faced Susanoo and held her own with nothing but her hands. Orochimaru is immortal. Only thing he has ever shown concern about was Naruto’s BD which is more about the chakra quantity.

As this is a Taijutsu battle, he only needs to maintain SM mode, which doesn't expend his chakra at the level Byakugou would. Also, Fukasaku stated that both Naruto and Jiraiya has "enormous" reserves, unlike Tsunade. Are you saying that Tsunade's reserves (since that's all Byakugou is, her chakra) is more than Jiraiya's stated "enormous" reserves + Senjutsu?

Watch Orochimaru vs Tsunade again, she has been hurt by stuff less durable than Susano or whatever and answers pretty much all regarding her "durability". And actually she didn't held her own, she was cut in half by a clone.

Orochimaru is not immortal in the traditional sense either, he can be killed as you say he expressed concern over Naruto's BD. It's just that Tsunade's punches are not all that cracked up.

Where does Jiraiya says that? Because she got handed quite easily by Kabuto
