And Uchiha style shuriken jutsu target the blindspots which Itachi has done in training without the sharingan and powerful enough to beat Pain’s six path vision. Something Jiraiya needed 2 ninjutsus and 1 Sage song Justus to overcome.

hmm, i never knew that.... but there are people who claim that Itachi had low chakra reserves when even sick he was able to do as much as Sasuke with Orochimaru powers, use Amaterasu and even in the end to hold up Susano'o even though he was near death state.

Actually you gave a completely different answer I said give me a shuriken technique that they all can use. (And you brought me Itachi) and even the techniques that they use as a clan all require the Sharingan it literally says it in the description.
