Are the Sound 4 all Jonin level fighters?

What the title says. Should they all be considered jonin? And were the shinobi they faced at a higher level than their ranks?

the people sent after them were Jonin, and they won sooooo... yea. Keep in mind that the rank of jonin doesn't mean power. Every Jonin isn't kakashi or guy.

Shinobi ranks do not determine really how shinobi are strong, at least not in Part 2 of Naruto series. It just simply shows how experienced and educated shinobi is. Same as with real world military ranks. There are plenty of officers in military and police forces who are stronger and better thinkers than their respective brigadiers.

They are Chunnin Level. All of them have around 23.5 (Jirobo) to 25 points (Kidomaru).
They can even be Jonnin level if did not have 1 point in some Stats such as Genjutsu with Sakon and Ukon. A Jonnin is a ninja with a balance in his powers.

There is Jonnin Level ninjas from Sunagakure with the same level as the Four Sound even less. So maybe in the system from the Sand they could be consider Jonnin Level Ninjas and more since they know a lot more fields than Chunnins from Konoha.

I would say they are jonin lvl you have to think each person they fought had special power to beat think about Kidōmaru
Name one jonin in part one that can beat other then guy ?

Because the only person see beating him is a hyuga

Hell no, the only jonin lvl(and I’d say high) is kimmi, the rest where high chunnin. Hell one of them had trouble with kiba of all people, who in reality is basically a dog trainer with 2 jutsus
