There is no need to copy rasengan, or rather there is nothing to copy, you only need to learn the rotation.

This is the quote you need to have the reserves of chakra for ninjutsu and physical ability or bodily strength for thaijutsu.

Read over it again and secondly the Uchiha using the ability to copy or not is irrelevant since the Uchiha only use a handful of jutsu whether they have copied 1 or 100 jutsu. They use only a few that's down to preference and Canon databook disagrees with you. The databook is designed to give us insight into what the author wants to tell us and kishi wants to tell us the sharingan can copy jutsu provided the user has the ability to use them.

At the end of the entry it tells you even if you can't used copied jutsu(referring largely to kekkei genkai). An example is Madara copied Hashirama's mokuton but could use it until he gained the genetic potential to use it. Genetic more risk also falls into physical ability and therefore negates your misinterpretation.

Thanks for agreeing. As for Sasuke using Lee's Jutsu he had the capacity to use them because he copied them but to use them to Lee's level requires training for the body to hack the extra strain.

Your mistaken although the rasengan has rotation as it's primary concept. The rotation is generated from the users chakra and the sharingan can break it down and copy it and its mechanics. Refer back to my 1st post on how the the Sharingan works.

The read it was hard to add wind was because you had to generate chakra then change your nature while maintaining the rasengan which was extremely difficult to near impossible for Naruto. To compensate for that Naruto made Shadow clones 1 to produce the change in chakra nature and 1 to add the element to the rasengan while Naruto made the rasengan. So there were 3 things going on simultaneously.

Same rank doesnt always mean same difficulty. Rasengan was mastered in a week by someone below in talent than Sasuke. Chidori took long for someone as talented as Sasuke who was more talented than orochimaru.

i think minato teach kakashi rasengan rather than kakashi copy it .
thing go like this : minato teach kakashi rasengan
standard rasengan is close range attack require direct hit . if you don't have something like many clone to distract the enemy or teleport and very high movement speed . enemies will dodge it easy just like kabuto did
kakashi can't make alot of clone like naruto
kakashi isn't fast as might guy or lee (8 gate open)
kakashi didn't know teleport like minato
kakashi can't add lighting to rasengan so no speed boost

so he created chidori . his lighting element increase the speed help him move very fast to attack , high speed also increase damage and penetration .

Facts Sharingan can copy the technique(rasengan) yes. Don't know what you're talking about though.

@bold - This is why everything said about Prime Hiruzen is true :lol

And btw the chakra volume rule is true, without massive chakra reserves Sasuke wouldn't be able to copy certain jutsu like RS because they require high reserves to use.


Chakra determines every aspect of a Sharingan user's ability, Sasuke makes it seems that copy jutsu has no restriction because he has the strongest chakra in NV, that in turn gave him the strongest Sharingan feats.
