I have seen alot of people complaining about how Naruto sent 3 genins to help Konohamaru.

Did they forget that Tsunade sent genins to bring back sasuke that was going to OROCHIMARU??

They shouldn't be complaining knowing that such a thing happened in naruto part 1

Well it was only necessary, she knew Orochimaru was severely crippled and was nowhere near as strong as before and it’s pretty logical for Tsunade to send Sasuke’s friends to retrieve him as opposed to anbu or jonin who don’t know him that well.

Not to mention, the skills they showed in their respective fights were chunin level+

Tsunade took a bet on them and their squad leader was one of the brightest ninja in the village and Chunin level. Either way

I honestly have some disagreement with both missions. Why send gennins to go after a powerful enemy when there are capable chunin or jounin to do the work.

I understand that the motivation to save someone they care about (in both cases ) would help them complete the missions, but sometimes it seems forceful to put kids in dangerous situations intentionally just to see them "grow".

Don't get me wrong. I understand why it had to be done and why it's necessary that these individuals carry out the missions. It just seems "unrealistic". But then I guess that's what these shows are about.

Sasuke was on his way to orichimaru's accompanied by people their level. It's waaaay less worse. She would have assumed they would get him back before they actually got to orichimaru's. Sound 4 were not jounin level. Kakashi would have handled all four of them simultaneously.

You mean the Sasuke retrieval arc? Konoha was short-staff after the invasion so Tsunade couldn't afford to deploy other chunin/jonins for the mission as they have to prioritize the safety of the village itself.

Sarada still has sharingan/genjutsu, lightning jutsu, SCJ, an earrth tech she used vs Buntan, possibly fire style (reaching for now), CES thaijutsu skills which are above others; as well as unknown jutsu.

Boruto scj his 3 element's jutsu, Rasengan and variant, CQC skills as well as some unknown jutsu

They're quite versatile and under appreciated. I'm sure they have excellent team work as well. They'll do well provided there's not an army other wise Sarada will have to pull out her solo powers.

The only reason the Team was assembled because Tsunade knew Naruto was going after Sasuke regardless. Shikamaru was the leader and instead choosing of Jounin or Chuunin, who was out during missions and suffered from Suna/Sound Invasion, he selected the people he knew best. Not only that but he was given authority to select anyone.

The Konohamaru one is a bit different especially since the threat of Kara, however, it is understandable because that is Boruto's leader. I say we wait and see but I'm sure the would have reinforcements.

Who's complaining? Konohamaru is in need of help or is in imminent danger. Why wait for back up from konoha, that would take too long or waste time, if he can send a team; albeit a genin team, that's closer?

This! I was wondering if someone was going to mention this. Tsunade was short handed so she had to send the Genin to do it. She even compensated for their lack of experience by sending a larger group rather than the standard 4 man team. She even sent lee as reinforcements

In Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki’s case. They are OP AF for Genin so I can see them sending the by themselves.

Plus....it’s a manga. If they were realistic about this we’d rarely see them fight because even ninja wouldn’t send their kids to do missions like this when there are stronger ninja available.
