Danzo begins by performing 3 handseals before taking in a deep breath, he then releases his wind chakra forming several "bullets" of piercing wind that he fires forward towards his opponent, aiming to hit multiple vital organs. Following that, he tosses a single kunai in the air in such a manner that it would rain upon his opponent's skull from above.

Sado was mulling over all the things he had recently remembered. Was he that much of a bastard? Was he that sadistic? Was he this annoying, did he talk that much? He was trying to come to terms with the person he was, it was difficult for him to accept. He was slowly remembering old training sessions and techniques but there was still a mental block making him unable to use a lot of the small things he was remembering.
Then he noticed the man in front of him, he looked aggressive. Had Sado done something? Hand seals, an offensive action. Then wind bullets traveling forward, and a kunai tossed to the sky. Sado sighed heavily.

I'm getting too old for this shit.

As he spoke he punched forward several times with his right hand while in unison tossing a kunai with a poison tag attached to it with his left hand. From several forward jab-like punches he released several small fireballs that traveled towards the wind colliding with the wind and detonating creating several small explosions. They didn't effect anyone and were just minor explosions but had enough force and power to nullify the wind bullets.
The kunai traveled upward towards the other kunai deflecting both as it harmlessly beganto fall back to the battle field. It was laced with his own liquid poison with a special tag connected to it.

Sado then tossed a small totem towards his opponent with his left hand right after he had thrown the kunai. As it got into short range it began to summon a plethora of tags that began to explode. However they didn't have concussive force they all began to release large plumes of poison all around the man. It was rather fast and each tag that detonated merely summoned ten more creating a massive wave of tags that proliferated into poison gas that threatened to poison the individual with Tasha's Hideous Laughter causing the effects mentioned in the technique.

As this happened the kunai was still falling back down with the tag attached.

Description: Vicious Mockery is the name given to special tags and metal canisters that can replace the users basic explosive tags and smoke bombs. Made by someone with an innate curiosity of poison release the tags or canisters can have different substances inside of them if they so choose needing specific skills to acquire these. The first is the basic Med Toxin, this variation requires the user to be a Medical Ninja, it's effects are the exact same as the Med Toxin. The second is their own custom poison this requires the user to be a Medical Ninja with access to a custom poison that they have created. Finally the third is a special poison created specifically for these tags and canisters for anyone with poison release to use. This poison is called Tasha's Hideous Laughter and has specific effects that include uncontrollable laughter on turn one accompanied by auditory hallucinations where people will mock and insult the poisoned individual, blurred vision, twitching and numbness on turn two reducing the poisoned individual's reactions by one fourth, partial paralysis on turn three making hand seals impossible and reducing the effected persons speed by three ranks and finally complete paralysis on turn four. This third variation can be used by anyone who knows poison release.
Note: These need to be mentioned in the bio or in the first post of the fight alongside the variation the user carries

Tasha's Hideous Laughter

Type: Neurological, Muscular, Respiratory
Ingredients and Background: Fear can have crippling effects on a person, it can leave them frozen unable to move, think or act. It can force them to see things, hear things, feel things that just aren't there. Anxiety, paranoia, and panic can force a person to waver or to simply give up, the poison itself revolves around the ability to weaponize fear in people. Shadow of the Bat is a poison that creates the emotional response of fear for those exposed to it. It forces them to see, smell, hear, feel, and taste their deepest darkest fear in great detail and at times to a crippling extent. A lot like the application of Killing Intent but physically so done through poison not chakra. Most of the ingredients manipulate the brain and the mind through something more tangible than genjutsu more deadly and more real causing it to create and send synapses. Some even force the brain to produce chemicals forcefully and without mental consent from the poisoned individual like dopamine.

Shadow of the Bat is a deep smokey orange poison that comes in two forms an orange liquid and an orange gas surrounded in a smokey black aura-like outline. While in it's liquid form it has two constituencies dense and sticky like tar, or light and watery like water. The first consistency is sticky to the touch and will stick to anything it comes into contact with for long periods of time drying out slowly and hardening. When in contact with the skin it breaks down the lipid bilayer passing right on through and entering the blood stream and then bypassing the blood brain barrier for fast and rapid effects. While in it's gaseous state it has a slightly earthy smell like petrichor due to the herbs found in the poison, when inhaled it has an almost cinnamon-like taste if ingested while liquid it has this same taste but no discernible smell. It's base is Dihydroxyphenylalanine an amino acid that is made and used as part of the normal biology of humans it is the precursor to Dopamine in the brain, Carbogen a mixture of thirty percent Carbon Dioxide and seventy percent oxygen, Corticotropin a peptide hormone and a neurotransmitter, Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belladonna), Conium (aka Hemlock) both ground into a fine syrup, and Irukandji venom. All ingredients that induce; fear, anxiety, paranoia, panic and straight up terror. Each do this in their own way and have specific effects that end up compounding together to create the over all reaction that the poison causes.

Howard is immune to these effects and the poison itself and due to the oxygen found in it he can breathe it as if it were normal air, and even drink it in it's liquid form if he so desires. It is applied to all of his ninja tools and weapons as well as in a small vial around his neck for poison jutsu usage as well as being sealed in his Medical Summoning Scroll. This poison can also be applied to the fingernails to augment taijutsu usage through fingerjabs and the like and teeth for more animalistic applications akin to the injection abilities of a snake through bites.

Description of Effects:

First the hallucinogens Dihydroxyphenylalanine which also allows the body to produce extra dopamine, Atropa belladonna, and Hemlock. These three together create very vivid and very surreal hallucinations as soon as they become active on the opponent. They induce a mental reaction wherein the brain itself brings out it's most base, deepest, darkest fear bringing it to life through various hallucinations with aspects of visual, auditory, and even smell and taste stimuli. The brain creates these sensations by stimulating the parts of the brain related to these sensations. These hallucinations can easily be mistaken for genjutsu as they have a similar application and even seem to be in a similar vein as it but isn't a genjutsu. The hallucinations will seem real, the opponent will be able to, see, smell, hear and taste the object if the situation arises. They can actively interact with the opponent but aren't tangible in the sense that they have physical substance. This can make distinguishing reality nearly impossible making it difficult to fight. To anyone seeing the poisoned person react to these sensations they would merely seem crazy or delusional. These can range from small changes to what the poisoned individual sees to extreme world altering changes.

Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: The hallucinations begin immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn.
Skin contact or a wound: The hallucinations are slightly slower starting one turn after being poisoned in this manner.

Next the fear creators, Carbogen, Irukandji venom, and Corticotropin Corticotropin is a peptide hormone and neurotransmitter involved in the stress response. In such a high dose it creates an intense stress on the body making the body feel as if it were under severe physical and mental stress. Carbogen makes them feel as if they are suffocating unable to breathe which along with the Dihydroxyphenylalanine which becomes dopamine once the poison passes the blood brain barrier, floods the brain with dopamine usually dopamine makes you feel confident and happy but if it seeps into the wrong part of your brain, dopamine will arouse feelings of terror and dread. This is what happens, the brain is overtaken by this forced production of chemicals and the body responds with intense fear, fear that makes thinking harder and slows down the natural thought process. Irukandju venom just straight up creates feelings of dread and impending doom putting the effected person in a state similar to Killing Intent making rational thought impossible halving their reaction speed and making movement harder. When a summoning creature is exposed to the poison be they the wielders own creatures or an opponent's it makes them see their natural predator swarming around them much larger than they are and intimidating them excessively forcing the summoning creature to reverse summon or disperse.

Along with this intense fear the carbogen forces the poisoned being to feel as if they are always suffocating no matter what they do or how they react even mind clearing jutsu can't overcome this. This is an innate reaction that cannot be overcome no matter how hard the opponent tries to focus or look past it this is because when carbogen is inhaled, the increased level of carbon dioxide causes a perception, both psychological and physiological, of suffocation. The brain itself interprets an increase in blood carbon dioxide as a decrease in oxygen level, which would generally be the case under natural circumstances. Inhalation of carbogen causes the body to react as if it were not receiving sufficient oxygen: breathing quickens and deepens, heart rate increases, and cells release alkaline buffering agents to remove carbonic acid from the bloodstream as stated this is an innate bodily reaction something that can't be bypassed with thought, or any form of breathing exercises. The only way to bypass this is either a transfusion or nullifying and curing the poison and it's effects. This can also be done by removing the poison through normal means and nullifying the remainder. Additionally, normal shinobi are able to stop the spread of the poison by removing the afflicted limb/body part before the poison is able to spread, this won't apply if they inhale it nor if the wound isn't superficial on a limb or body part that cannot be removed. Nearly bleeding out and taking a Blood Replenishing Pill can have a similar effect as to a transfusion stopping this symptom but if exposed to the carbogen again the process just begins again.

Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Fear is created immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn. This halves human reaction speeds due to the stress, anxiety, fear and panic that can at times feel crippling. If a summoning creature is exposed to the poison when the effects set in the intense fear forces them to reverse summon or disperse.
Skin contact or a wound: Fear sets in one turn after being poisoned in this manner it then halves human reaction speeds. For summoning creatures as soon as the fear sets in they reverse summon or disperse back to their homeland.

Finally the paralytics the Hemlock and Belladonna force the muscles to tense up becoming partially paralyzed. This eventually forces the muscle to begin to lock up completely which reduces the opponents speed halving it and limiting their reactions and tracking speed significantly. If undefended or not healed and nullified properly the untreated poison causes the person to become completely paralyzed unable to move their body locked in place as their muscles will not respond to the signals being sent to them. This eventually causes death due to the body being unable to inflate the lungs or move the diaphragm and bring oxygen into the body instigating physical suffocation and asphyxiation.

Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Partial paralysis and muscle numbness begins immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn but doesn't cause any outward problems yet merely spreading from the point of contact. On the following turn the opponent's speed is halved as their muscles begin to lock up becoming unresponsive making movement harder and needing forceful action to move. Complete paralysis takes effect after two turns of not being treated (this means two turns after the poisoned person's speed is halved, the turn when speed is halved is counted as the first then there's a another turn where nothing new happens symptom wise) and leaves the opponent unable to move with a running speed of zero unable to perform hand seals, move their mouth, or lungs. This eventually ends in death by asphyxiation after three turns of being unable to breathe the only way to prolong a life past this point is Chakra CPR or nullifying the poison completely.

Speed is halved the following turn as muscles begin to lock up becoming unresponsive. Said wind would blow away the poison gas and the dust would conceal his movements for a moment. Danzo would continue to perform another hand seal and forms a small gust of wind around the tagged kunai thrown by his opponent which would be dropping to the ground or had just about landed, He would manipulate the kunai and direct it back towards his opponent aiming it at his chest. Said wind would blow away the poison gas and the dust would conceal his movements for a moment. As his kunai was falling downward towards the battlefield and his opponent began releasing wind through cupped hands to nullify the poison gas Sado performed a string of hand seals. The gas was being tossed around and knocked away as the kunai from above began to multiply into a thousand kunai with thousands of attached tags. They aimed to rain down upon the older man as all of the tags began to explode releasing more of Tasha's Hideous Laughter all throughout the range refilling the area immediately after his opponent had just cleared it.
Sado watched the various kunai rain down from above down upon his opponent with the old man in his peripheral vision. If the original kunai began to move out of order or place it would be then be struck by the volley of thousands upon thousands of others beginning the process of detonation early. This wold create a wash of poison and blades that rained down from above all coated with his own custom poison. Any poison created was ethereal with the potential to be seen through. He began to speak, before pausing briefly and continuing.

There’s 7 billion 46 million people on the planet, and most of us have the audacity to think we matter.

Immediately after forming the handseals Sado slammed his hands to ground using his chakra, to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground while in unison keeping them hidden from sight this was easy to do with all of the poison and dust moving around. As the kunai were about to hit their mark thousands upon thousands of tags rose up from the ground "crawling" up the target. As they began to wrap themselves in layers around the his opponent had them detonate releasing even more poison. Now there would be a burst of gaseous poison coming from above while in unison the tags began to release more and more directly around the old fellow. Sado wasn't exactly trying to kill him just finding himself in a sort of cheeky mood.

Hey, you hear the one about the shinobi who passed? He didn’t get stabbed he just looked up into the sky then pulled the kunai down towards himself really fast. Like he was pitching a line and went fishing for steel blades. As if the steel blades were just cymbals and he was hitting them all on beat.


The tags were merged with the ground so it would appear like even the ground itself was releasing poison gas.

If the man continued to try running Sado would follow him with his gaze as the tags detonated and the kunai rained down.

This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique

Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

As the kunai were about to hit their mark thousands upon thousands of tags rose up from the ground "crawling" up the target. As they began to wrap themselves in layers around the his opponent had them detonate releasing even more poison. Now there would be a burst of gaseous poison coming from above while in unison the tags began to release more and more directly around the old fellow. Sado wasn't exactly trying to kill him just finding himself in a sort of cheeky mood.

Hey, you hear the one about the shinobi who passed? He didn’t get stabbed he just looked up into the sky then pulled the kunai down towards himself really fast. Like he was pitching a line and went fishing for steel blades. As if the steel blades were just cymbals and he was hitting them all on beat.


The tags were merged with the ground so it would appear like even the ground itself was releasing poison gas.

If the man continued to try running Sado would follow him with his gaze as the tags detonated and the kunai rained down.


(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu

This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.

Strong elements (Earth, Metal, etc) or Slicing elements (Wind, Lightning, etc) will strengthen or sharpen the thin wires, which will allow them to slice through flesh and bone by the inherited constriction force. Other elements may weaken the body itself, allowing the said slicing effect (Fire burning, Rotting elements, etc). Elements that do not fall in these characteristics will simply add their characteristics to the wires, but will only have the tight grip of normal chakra wires, and not the slicing property.
With one handseal, the wires can be shot from the ground upwards, binding the target. The user can gradually increase the sharpness and the tight hold of the technique by hand gestures (when he uses it from his hands directly as "whips") or by maintaining the hand seal (if used from the ground). The wires are only able to severe the thinner limbs/weak spots and severely injuring the thicker body parts (I.e Severe arms, legs, necks, and Injure torso, head).
Note: If used from the ground, can't perform any further jutsu until the grip is released.

Sado coated himself in Natural Energy as the man had formed his dragon. It created a natural energy cushion that would be able to defend from A rank elemental techniques or even S rank taijutsu techniques which being a taijutsu specialist he knew exactly what that technique was.
He began to slowly walk forward seemingly with a death-wish as if unfazed by the dragon. He rose his left hand as the wires shot outward and created several tendrils of liquid poison.

These tendrils struck the wires and continued onward negating their movement as they moved from Sado's left hand towards the opponent. This was when the dragon would hit him. It was slightly weakened from the poison and kunai it defended against but that didn't matter even at full power it would have faltered against Sado's aura.
It would appear that the dragon had slammed forward hitting a brick wall stopping and immediately being nullified as the wind dies down with it's spinning rotational force being absorbed completely by the natural energy as it disperses. This aura was special it was as strong as elements and stronger than taijutsu allowing it to stop all force. Sado had forced this aura out a bit away from him covering a meter or so around him in the protective cushion so when the dragon got to this point it would appear like it had struck a wall.

As this would be happening the tendrils would continue onward with the aim to pierce the old man like skewers.

It is based heavily around the Sage Transformation ability to imbue upon another being Natural Energy albeit a small, safe fraction of the user's total power. This Natural Energy does not combine with the allies' chakra flow, and only surrounds their body momentarily being taken out either by an incoming attack that makes contact with the Natural Energy or the release of a technique moving from around the allies body and onto the technique imbuing it with a layer of Natural Energy.

To activate this technique a Jugo clan member must make physical contact with another creature while under the affects of a partial transformation (if not already under the effects of a transformation this technique can instigate one) and through that contact infuse them with an unseen aura of Natural Energy encasing them in a protective cushion that will not in any way impede their movement. During this process the user needs to make contact with the ally and sustain contact during the molding of chakra, or until the aura is negated. It can also be used on summoning creatures to increase their durability and can be done in the same timeframe as a summoning technique as long as the user is making contact with the creatures. This process is very similar to the one Jugo performed to remove the Zetsu spores from Sasuke's body and also when he imbued upon Sasuke's Susanoo the power of Natural Energy.

Note: Can only be used thrice per battle.
Note: The defensive ability can be used on the user, but not the boosting ability.
Note: Aura lasts until released by use of a technique or the user and cannot be controlled by the ally.

Description:
The user is able to take an existing sample of a given poison and manipulate it with his chakra, increasing is quantity and replicating it. Basically, much like one does with water release an a water source, the user is able to use a small sample of poison to, from it, create waves, projectiles, etc if the poison is liquid or a dust, clouds, gusts, mists, etc if the poison is a gas. This technique, however, cannot create poison out of nothing, only manipulate existing poison from a sample or source.
Note: the original sample or source needs to be within short range of the user.

The wind would easily be capable of blasting the liquid tendrils out of it's path as would it continue toward Sado, more than likely in a weakened state having fended off the young man's attack.

As the blast would draw close to his opponent, Danzo continues to focus his wind chakra around Sado and causes a vortex of wind to form all around him that would attempt to trap him and allow the blast to slash him apart.

Danzo proceeds to dash forward, in an attempt to close the distance between the two of them whilst also unsheathing his blade from it's scabbard. That is, of course, if the Sado manages to survive the wind blast as he did the 'leaf dragon god'.

As the man inhaled then released a massive wind based attack Sado merely grew two large fleshy bat-like wings with boosters upon his back aimed in such a way that he could change momentum at anytime. He flew upward at a quick speed away from the ground and the wind technique out of it's way before it made it to him.
While doing this he forced poison chakra into his arms and began to perform a row of hand seals as his arms turned purple. He created a torrential downpour as it turned to poison drip, drip, dripping down upon the field. It was a massive storm and every single drop was infused with poison while the water vapor itself was as well it was Sado's own custom poison. Sado was high in the sky, easily long range away now able to sense his opponent due to the poison rain. He could also vaguely sense his opponent's position with this rain. It wasn't exactly precise but it told him about where he was giving him a direction to throw attacks.

Every man's life ends the same way. Death. I stopped fearing it a long time ago.

Loneliness, now that's terrifying. Let's see what you fear.


Sado spoke under his breath as he flew high above the battlefield waiting and watching.


(Senninka: Tsuyoi Uyoku of Illidan) - Sage Transformation: The Mighty Wings of Illidan

Description: A member of Jugo's clan uses their Sage Transformation ability to form two fleshy bat-like wings on his back. These wings can sustain flight and can be sustained for an entire battle as long as he remains conscious. The wings can be used to attack the opponent directly using sharp hook like growths from their tips, these hooks are claw-like in nature. Like most of the Jugo clan's jutsu these can be sustained as long as he has enough chakra to do so. The user can create boosters on their back once per battle that last for three turns. The boosters can be used to avoid incoming techniques by quickly changing the user's trajectory and moving them out of the way just like the Jet Booster Jump technique. This can only be done thrice per battle and counts as a move each time but can be done in the same timeframe as another technique. The user flies at their current running speed.

Note: Can only be used thrice.
Note: The boosters can only be maintained for three turns and created once, the wings can be sustained indefinitely.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Description: The user uses his Poison Release abilities and is able to making it more deadly with other jutsus. The user will channel their Poison into a their arms causing their arms to turn into a purplish color. Any physical jutsus (Earth, Water, Steel, Bones, Sand, etc.) is infused with poison and gives the jutsu Poison properties. The jutsu infused with poison will slightly have a more purplish color. The infused jutsu will be mixed with a poison the user has on them making the jutsu more deadly by even getting a small hit with it. The infused jutsu will be able to poison the opponent through contact with the infused jutsu poisoning them. The amount of poison the opponent is injected with depends on the size of the jutsu making bigger jutsus the most deadly while small jutsus will be a small amount of poison. This jutsu cannot be used with energy based elements as they would evaporate the poison before it could be fully infused. This jutsu is fast being able to infuse a jutsu with poison as soon as the jutsu is made or released.
Note: Must be taught by Korra.

Sado was high in the sky, easily long range away now able to sense his opponent due to the poison rain. He could also vaguely sense his opponent's position with this rain. It wasn't exactly precise but it told him about where he was giving him a direction to throw attacks.

The wings can be used to attack the opponent directly using sharp hook like growths from their tips, these hooks are claw-like in nature. Like most of the Jugo clan's jutsu these can be sustained as long as he has enough chakra to do so. The user can create boosters on their back once per battle that last for three turns. The boosters can be used to avoid incoming techniques by quickly changing the user's trajectory and moving them out of the way just like the Jet Booster Jump technique. This can only be done thrice per battle and counts as a move each time but can be done in the same timeframe as another technique. The user flies at their current running speed.

Any physical jutsus (Earth, Water, Steel, Bones, Sand, etc.) is infused with poison and gives the jutsu Poison properties. The jutsu infused with poison will slightly have a more purplish color. The infused jutsu will be mixed with a poison the user has on them making the jutsu more deadly by even getting a small hit with it. The infused jutsu will be able to poison the opponent through contact with the infused jutsu poisoning them. The amount of poison the opponent is injected with depends on the size of the jutsu making bigger jutsus the most deadly while small jutsus will be a small amount of poison. This jutsu cannot be used with energy based elements as they would evaporate the poison before it could be fully infused. This jutsu is fast being able to infuse a jutsu with poison as soon as the jutsu is made or released.

The old geezer somehow heard the words he spoke under his breath his ears must have been sharp for an elderly man. Sado however was starting to gain a small bit of respect for him he seemed to be wise due to his age. That was until he started pounding his own stomach hard like it owed him money, or maybe he had indigestion. A moment later he released a massive wind bullet that began traveling forward towards Sado's aerial position. He grinned slightly with a slight devious smirk.
Sado released chakra from the boosters on his back moving at an incredible speed bursting out of the way of the bullet moving a bit closer to the ground and to the right of the man arching around him. He used this momentum to renter mid range being roughly fifteen meters away In the same motion, at the exact same time as this defense he began to perform a row of hand seals as his arms turned purple. Clouds formed rapidly and the rain began to fall down purple in hue covering the field quickly. Sado began to speak in rapid succession quickly with a quick flow.

I prob’ly shouldn’t brag, but dag, I amaze and astonish.

The problem is I got a lot of brains but no polish.

If the man continued with his action by the time he had formed the spirit of wind the rain would be touching his skin poisoning him entering the skin like an injection. It would begin covering the field in poison all around the area forming puddles all throughout the battlefield. It allowed him to rudimentarily sense his opponent's position while also allowing a sickly poison to rain down upon the ground. If he tried to evaporate it, it would turn to gaseous poison increasing the speed at which the effects would set in becoming more dangerous. Sado would also be prepared to stop him from blowing the clouds away if he tried that.
Sado took the man's boasting about his fearless nature, as a challenge. Upon being poisoned he would begin to feel like he was suffocating, his reactions would slow, his heart should race, and fear waves of it should over take his body as the hallucinations would begin. He would see, hear, smell and taste what he feared most in livid detail altering the world around him completely.

(Batto no kage) - Shadow of the Bat

Ingredients and Background: Fear can have crippling effects on a person, it can leave them frozen unable to move, think or act. It can force them to see things, hear things, feel things that just aren't there. Anxiety, paranoia, and panic can force a person to waver or to simply give up, the poison itself revolves around the ability to weaponize fear in people. Shadow of the Bat is a poison that creates the emotional response of fear for those exposed to it. It forces them to see, smell, hear, feel, and taste their deepest darkest fear in great detail and at times to a crippling extent. A lot like the application of Killing Intent but physically so done through poison not chakra. Most of the ingredients manipulate the brain and the mind through something more tangible than genjutsu more deadly and more real causing it to create and send synapses. Some even force the brain to produce chemicals forcefully and without mental consent from the poisoned individual like dopamine.

Shadow of the Bat is a deep smokey orange poison that comes in two forms an orange liquid and an orange gas surrounded in a smokey black aura-like outline. While in it's liquid form it has two constituencies dense and sticky like tar, or light and watery like water. The first consistency is sticky to the touch and will stick to anything it comes into contact with for long periods of time drying out slowly and hardening. When in contact with the skin it breaks down the lipid bilayer passing right on through and entering the blood stream and then bypassing the blood brain barrier for fast and rapid effects. While in it's gaseous state it has a slightly earthy smell like petrichor due to the herbs found in the poison, when inhaled it has an almost cinnamon-like taste if ingested while liquid it has this same taste but no discernible smell. It's base is Dihydroxyphenylalanine an amino acid that is made and used as part of the normal biology of humans it is the precursor to Dopamine in the brain, Carbogen a mixture of thirty percent Carbon Dioxide and seventy percent oxygen, Corticotropin a peptide hormone and a neurotransmitter, Deadly Nightshade (Atropa Belladonna), Conium (aka Hemlock) both ground into a fine syrup, and Irukandji venom. All ingredients that induce; fear, anxiety, paranoia, panic and straight up terror. Each do this in their own way and have specific effects that end up compounding together to create the over all reaction that the poison causes.

Howard is immune to these effects and the poison itself and due to the oxygen found in it he can breathe it as if it were normal air, and even drink it in it's liquid form if he so desires. It is applied to all of his ninja tools and weapons as well as in a small vial around his neck for poison jutsu usage as well as being sealed in his Medical Summoning Scroll. This poison can also be applied to the fingernails to augment taijutsu usage through fingerjabs and the like and teeth for more animalistic applications akin to the injection abilities of a snake through bites.

Description of Effects:

First the hallucinogens Dihydroxyphenylalanine which also allows the body to produce extra dopamine, Atropa belladonna, and Hemlock. These three together create very vivid and very surreal hallucinations as soon as they become active on the opponent. They induce a mental reaction wherein the brain itself brings out it's most base, deepest, darkest fear bringing it to life through various hallucinations with aspects of visual, auditory, and even smell and taste stimuli. The brain creates these sensations by stimulating the parts of the brain related to these sensations. These hallucinations can easily be mistaken for genjutsu as they have a similar application and even seem to be in a similar vein as it but isn't a genjutsu. The hallucinations will seem real, the opponent will be able to, see, smell, hear and taste the object if the situation arises. They can actively interact with the opponent but aren't tangible in the sense that they have physical substance. This can make distinguishing reality nearly impossible making it difficult to fight. To anyone seeing the poisoned person react to these sensations they would merely seem crazy or delusional. These can range from small changes to what the poisoned individual sees to extreme world altering changes.

Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: The hallucinations begin immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn.
Skin contact or a wound: The hallucinations are slightly slower starting one turn after being poisoned in this manner.

Next the fear creators, Carbogen, Irukandji venom, and Corticotropin Corticotropin is a peptide hormone and neurotransmitter involved in the stress response. In such a high dose it creates an intense stress on the body making the body feel as if it were under severe physical and mental stress. Carbogen makes them feel as if they are suffocating unable to breathe which along with the Dihydroxyphenylalanine which becomes dopamine once the poison passes the blood brain barrier, floods the brain with dopamine usually dopamine makes you feel confident and happy but if it seeps into the wrong part of your brain, dopamine will arouse feelings of terror and dread. This is what happens, the brain is overtaken by this forced production of chemicals and the body responds with intense fear, fear that makes thinking harder and slows down the natural thought process. Irukandju venom just straight up creates feelings of dread and impending doom putting the effected person in a state similar to Killing Intent making rational thought impossible halving their reaction speed and making movement harder. When a summoning creature is exposed to the poison be they the wielders own creatures or an opponent's it makes them see their natural predator swarming around them much larger than they are and intimidating them excessively forcing the summoning creature to reverse summon or disperse.

Along with this intense fear the carbogen forces the poisoned being to feel as if they are always suffocating no matter what they do or how they react even mind clearing jutsu can't overcome this. This is an innate reaction that cannot be overcome no matter how hard the opponent tries to focus or look past it this is because when carbogen is inhaled, the increased level of carbon dioxide causes a perception, both psychological and physiological, of suffocation. The brain itself interprets an increase in blood carbon dioxide as a decrease in oxygen level, which would generally be the case under natural circumstances. Inhalation of carbogen causes the body to react as if it were not receiving sufficient oxygen: breathing quickens and deepens, heart rate increases, and cells release alkaline buffering agents to remove carbonic acid from the bloodstream as stated this is an innate bodily reaction something that can't be bypassed with thought, or any form of breathing exercises. The only way to bypass this is either a transfusion or nullifying and curing the poison and it's effects. This can also be done by removing the poison through normal means and nullifying the remainder. Additionally, normal shinobi are able to stop the spread of the poison by removing the afflicted limb/body part before the poison is able to spread, this won't apply if they inhale it nor if the wound isn't superficial on a limb or body part that cannot be removed. Nearly bleeding out and taking a Blood Replenishing Pill can have a similar effect as to a transfusion stopping this symptom but if exposed to the carbogen again the process just begins again.

Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Fear is created immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn. This halves human reaction speeds due to the stress, anxiety, fear and panic that can at times feel crippling. If a summoning creature is exposed to the poison when the effects set in the intense fear forces them to reverse summon or disperse.
Skin contact or a wound: Fear sets in one turn after being poisoned in this manner it then halves human reaction speeds. For summoning creatures as soon as the fear sets in they reverse summon or disperse back to their homeland.

Finally the paralytics the Hemlock and Belladonna force the muscles to tense up becoming partially paralyzed. This eventually forces the muscle to begin to lock up completely which reduces the opponents speed halving it and limiting their reactions and tracking speed significantly. If undefended or not healed and nullified properly the untreated poison causes the person to become completely paralyzed unable to move their body locked in place as their muscles will not respond to the signals being sent to them. This eventually causes death due to the body being unable to inflate the lungs or move the diaphragm and bring oxygen into the body instigating physical suffocation and asphyxiation.

Inhalation, Consumption or Injection: Partial paralysis and muscle numbness begins immediately after inhalation, consumption or injection beginning in the same turn but doesn't cause any outward problems yet merely spreading from the point of contact. On the following turn the opponent's speed is halved as their muscles begin to lock up becoming unresponsive making movement harder and needing forceful action to move. Complete paralysis takes effect after two turns of not being treated (this means two turns after the poisoned person's speed is halved, the turn when speed is halved is counted as the first then there's a another turn where nothing new happens symptom wise) and leaves the opponent unable to move with a running speed of zero unable to perform hand seals, move their mouth, or lungs. This eventually ends in death by asphyxiation after three turns of being unable to breathe the only way to prolong a life past this point is Chakra CPR or nullifying the poison completely.

The amount of poison the opponent is injected with depends on the size of the jutsu making bigger jutsus the most deadly while small jutsus will be a small amount of poison. This jutsu cannot be used with energy based elements as they would evaporate the poison before it could be fully infused. This jutsu is fast being able to infuse a jutsu with poison as soon as the jutsu is made or released.

As his opponent would utilize his transformation to quickly maneuver in the air and dodge his attack whilst also quickly continuing to perform a sequence of hand seals, Danzo would take note of the man drawing closer to him and utilizes this opportunity in an attempt to attack him from above/behind him, instead of creating the spirit as originally intended. Danzo would send his wind chakra into the air and causes the sky to darken before forming a large tornado that would drop from above Sado, said tornado has slicing wind properties and could easily slash flesh from bone if left undefended. However, Danzo knew somewhat the extent of his opponent's abilities and such an attack he could easily tank as he did before. This however was a test to see whether he was capable of using that defensive ability multiple times. Following up in quick succession, Danzo would slash in a crescent arc infront of him, releasing a glowing red crescent shaped blade of raw chakra following in the trajectory of Danzo'e forward slash. The chakra is directed to hit Sado diagonally across the chest.

"If you got a lot of brains, use it and take note that I am not gonna allow you to succeed with that string of hand seals you have been attempting. Tsk."
