Eneru can't see the future but he can use telepathy and hear peoples thoughts. He easily dodged all of Luffy's attack blindfolded.

Enel combined his logia with his haki to be able to sense everyone.. Meaning if he combined his logia with his haki (if he was as good as katakuri and could see in the future) then imagine what the effect would be? He turns into ywach?

Eneru changed shapes too when the skypia resident tried to cut him in half with that cloud sword.

OT: Dogtooth’s observation is better (stronger) because he can see a few seconds into the future but Eneru sure does have a wider range of observation Haki.

This... kaktauri strength in his OH is also his weakness because if things do not go according to plan he seems to be stunned (as showed with the wedding)

With that being said I def agree with this enel range and use was amazing especially that early on in the series and would honestly prefer his version

Katakuri. The fact that he is out here PREDICTING THE FUTURE. Should speak miles. His CoO is actually advanced to the next level whereas Enel uses his CoO in sync with his DF.
