~catches staff and twirls it around the torso and arms to then become a holding place for both arms like I'm carrying water barrels.~

~After you point in the direction I begin dashing towards the dense brush, trees, and path with the staff in my right hand in such a fashion to make it easier to move around. Due to the staff I watch out to get caught by any obstacles while always understanding my surroundings.~

*Running in the path, you hear a slight whirring noise before dozens of shuriken fly out at you from the trees surrounding you, coming at you from every direction*

Hmmm... As much as that was fun, I wanted to be all movie style and whirl the staff about to knock/block/enhance the staff with shuriken being stuck on it. Though that would most likely weaken the staff making a large amount of shuriken not worthy to block, but evade.
~The sounds of the whirling Shuriken echos through the trees and brush as I am dashing. My first reaction is to jump, but as I leap upwards I grab the bark of a tree to reach higher ground. Due to the amount of shuriken and perhaps different angles/altitudes I jump off the bark with my foot and land on branches higher up.~

The quick slaps on the wrists, necks, and other joints and forms of dodging to force their own troops to not only miss me, but accidentally attack their own. Using the brush and trees and force the ninja to attack me close by using my staff as a guiding tool to force their daggers into the tree by attacking and faking them out.~
Whoo boy...
~After most of them are disarmed or out cold, I use the staff to strike the ninja in multiple ways as I move away from the thick woods and into a more spacious area for a victory of 1 vs ???~
~as I land the ninja attack me (not knowing the amount) I get into a defensive stance and strike the attackers in the wrist while dodging their attacks by weaving in and out of the trees and themselves. Since it's 1 vs ??? I also attempt to use the staff to anger and strike in such ways to use the close quarter location as a whole weapon.

VERY Good.
*The ninja explode into vines. Even as you breathe a sigh of relief, the tree you're on suddenly falls into a six-foot wide chasm, with you on it unable to react quick enough to just jump out*

God damn it!
~Knowing I can't use anything but the staff I take some vines and snap them to a length that I can use to tie on the staff and myself. I then jump off the falling tree and stab the wall area closest to me with great force to pierce with the staff making me hang in mid air and staff with vines as a swinging life line.~
Whoa.. that was close...
~After that I charge my chakra within my feet and bounce and stab to walls around me upwards to climb the pit. Knowing that there might me more trouble ahead I make sure to keep an eye out ahead... and behind me.~
~The vines and the tree that surround and fall with me catch me by surprise. Knowing that the vines are obviously a form of trap to weigh/tie me down I do my best to not get caught. Though the falling problem is still... A problem...~

Now we'll work on your spear fighting. This is basically like a staff, but with the added advantage of stabbing motions.
