Looks: Mirio is a muscular young man with scars on his arms. His face is rather simplistic, in a cartoon-like way and his blond hair is arranged in a cowlick. He prefers to wear a casual outfit of a short sleeve shirt and tie and pants. His combat attire consists of a plated shirt with the number one million (1,000,000) across his chest, with black pants and boots with green trimmings. He also sports a floor length orange cape attached from the chest which features a hood.

Personality: Mirio is goofy and energetic, with some peculiar habits. He is almost always smiling and, though optimistic, he does not let his ideals blind him, and is always looking for ways to improve his skills. He is very devoted to becoming a ninja and was the top candidate of his academy class. Despite his lacking academical performance, he is extremely dedicated and has worked many hours to perfect the use of his ninjutsu for combat. His alias, "Lemillion", comes from his desire to rescue a million people. He is able to separate himself from his emotions in order to see the bigger picture. He is experienced in dealing with dangerous people, and does not scare easily. He is able to remain calm when he has to.

Background Info
History: Mirio attended the academy in Konohagakure with what appeared to be little natural talent. His parents were not ninja themselves, though his father did attempt to become one before failing shortly thereafter. Nonetheless, he worked hard to cultivate his own abilities and despite beginning near the bottom of his class, by the time he graduated he was at the forefront. Part of his desire to become a ninja was his fascination with the fictional hero, Kagemasa. He styled much of his technique in a heroic fashion to emulate that character, and even wears a similar attire when on missions. Unbeknownst to Mirio and his family, they were in fact a long detached branch of the Uchiha clan that had tried to separate itself from the concerns of ninja during the founding of Konoha. Though their physical ability had deteriorated, their bloodline still carried with it the famed sharingan. The ability rested dormant in Mirio's body, waiting to be activated.
