You suggest Naruto doesn't do anything directly and receives tremendous amounts of aid while the anime actively shows him overcommiting to his job even to the point of putting it over his own family at times. Then again, anything to make Naruto look worse, no?
its...not about "getting an up on intellect". Its about being qualified for the job. There's a reason Kakashi became the Rokudaime rather than having Naruto just jump in and take the position, and its certainly not strength.

^ Don't be silly signing paperwork isn't a difficult think especially with a trusty side like Shikamaru there. I'm not tying to put Naruto down I'm merely stating facts if they bring him down so be it and if they elevate him so be it. Since I'm not a Sasuke or Naruto fan I don't have a problem.
You're confusing practice with how difficult it is to learn something. He couldn't do it all because he didn't know how to do it all. If it was instinctual Sasuke would be making portals to get out of the desert Kaguya sent him to.
There are varying degrees of skill between doujutsu use, as seen by Sasuke being unable to summon PS immediately, and being unable to control Amaterasu effectively against Bee, and later controlling it at will. among other things.

Why would non Kurama based power or not matter? BM is EMS's counterpart and RSM is Rinnegan's counterpart as far as Naruto and Sasuke's development goes. Naruto shouldn't get Rinnegan if Sasuke gets BM. Nothing else.
Except Naruto has Rinnegan which is far beyond BM in terms of destructive power and utility so your comparison still isn't making sense. Intelligence is almost irrelevant. As for your questions:
-Obviously not. One enhances speed greatly, the other does not.
-Obviously not. Naruto has EMS and Rinnegan. Rinnegan alone is tiers above Bijuu Mode.
Rinnegan/EMS Naruto>>BM Sasuke.

Hidan and using chakra control and mastering chakra control are two different things.
Rinne Naruto lacking speed vs Sasuke's speed + BM speed and Power wouldn't be a good fight?.
I don't see Naruto with Rinnegan overpowering BM mode Sasuke as easily as you depict it.
Naruto's base speed is slower than Sasuke's by a lot AND this is why I let him keep Sage Mode to help with reflex enhancements.
Naruto's fighting style is HUGELY dependent on his BM modes (Clones, arms) etc. He will be lacking this now and replacing it to be a much slower non aggressive variant of Sasuke.

Except he is and you arguing otherwise makes me believe you are trolling or you just haven’t read the Manga properly. Speed is literally irrelevant and has been irrelevant ever since EMS and BM. so I don’t know why you keep using that as an excuse to justify this thread.
Naruto being a slower less aggressive version of Sasuke is irrelevant when Sasuke is gimped. This really isn’t hard to understand. Rinnegan>Bijuu Mode. Thus the one with Rinnegan is superior. That simple.
