Well, if it could easily pulverize the turtle island, then it could pulverize multiple bijuudama, since all it needs to do is touch the bijuudama. So even then, onoki is afraid of it and wants naruto and bee to take on the frontals of battle, then yes, it means jinton cannot do any meaningful thing.

Have to start thinking beyond what's in front of you Tyrance.

Onoki can't possibly keep up with the fire power of a Tailed beast due to its massive chakra reserves and longevity. He would be over powered eventually. Figure this would be common knowledge at this level of combat.

There is more to it than Jinton TBB in an actual fight.
