But Samehada did that because of 8 tails chakra. It won't be leaving Kisame because of Sasori's and DeiDei's chakra. Kisame does have control of Samehada for the most part (IE) fusing with the sword, hiding in the sword, etc.) EVEN when Samehada was getting addicted to Bee's chakra so your point is mute. Kisame can command the Sword to give Kakuzu chakra and from then on, its GG for the Artists.

Deidara dont fly with his legs. It depends on his bird's speed. Samehada dont cut. It only cuts chakra. It shreds all other material. It shreds magnetism and iron sand. Poison strikes not hitting Kisame. He could react to seventh gate guy, he'll easily react and evade and if by chance he gets caught, he fuses with samehada which gives him jinchuuriki powers = unable to die. Samehada is also a spirit weapon so it'll give him immunity to material attacks like poison since he said "There are no weak spots in this fusion form".
