No real question on the first one since it is straight forward but for the sake of it, do we have to aim at the chest or can we aim anywhere at the torso?
Second one seems cool. I imagine it as kinda like s bicycle kick once the flip is finishing. So I'd start the kick at head height, then another at the chest and another at the mid/lower abdominal. Would that be correct?
Man, if you want to kick them in the head or groin you should feel free, even if the technique says torso.
For the second one, yeah, that's pretty much what's imagined, though you can start at the torso and end at the knee, so long as your kicks hit successively lower places than before.
