This whole birthing someone makes no sense. If you want to argue that this is an accomplishment, then Kaguya is both the greatest good and the darkest evil since she gave birth to the Sage brothers and Black Zetsu. So it falls apart. Children aren't necessarily the accomplishments of their parents.

That aside, the topic here is contributing to the shinobi world, and as far as I'm aware, the Uchiha have always been portrayed as a curse upon the world, so how is Sakura reviving the clan's cursed blood, a clan that thrives off of insanity and power, a good thing?

The Uchiha have been portrayed like that but that’s all changed now especially with the conflict in the ninja world greatly decreasing, + she gave birth to a girl who’ll inherit the strongest doijutsu in the leaf and that will pass on. I agree that Sasuke probably dosen’t care much, but historically it will be very significant that the once wiped out and hated Uchiha has been reborn in the new era.

That's not the point. The Uchiha are innately lunatics. That's in their nature. No matter how you look at it, their very existence is a danger. If not Salad, her descendants will continue to cause trouble. Bottom line, the Uchiha existing is a bad thing unless they breed the Sharingan out of their clan. So no, nothing has really changed.
