I think the giant tenseigan was moving the moon but still in sure they're equal eyes in power and ability

I think the only different is tenseigan has a chakra mode with tsb like orbs

The giant altar was moving it at first, but when the altar got destroyed, the moon stopped moving. However, when Toneri fully awakened his own tenseigan, he was able to restart the moon's crash course, so yes the tenseigan can move the moon.

OT: The reason why the evolution(s) of the byakugan aren't as covered as much by fans despite their power, is because it takes very specific and rare conditions (that normal Hyuugas in general could never hope to achieve) in order to awaken these eyes.

Awakening tenseigan is essentially like awakening the rinnegan, and we know that most Uchihas can't even awaken the rinnegan. Even the two Uchihas who did awaken it only got the chance to awaken it under very special circumstances (and both had just nearly died when they awakened it, and both are transmigrants). The tenseigan is basically the same way with the Hyuuga/Otsutsuki.

As for the jogan, we don't even fully know what that is yet. Boruto might have just gotten it due to the parents he was born to (and luck) rather than it being an evolution that a normal Hyuuga could achieve.

Genetics contain Chakra. Madara's genetics produced Six Paths Chakra to awaken the Rinnegan. His eye contains his DNA, so if transplanted to Nagato, then the latter has that Chakra.

Hamura using Byakugan to defeat Kaguya and jubi. Along with hagoromo using Rinnegan. This alone put byakugan above MS if not Rinnegan.

Well we dint know too much about these eyes but people try to shade the byakugan for lack of attention in the series

Just because the sharingan got more attention doesn't mean it's stronger

So true. People automatically assume the Sharingan is more powerful because we've only really seen the Sharingan in action. There should really be a Sharingan v.s. Byakugan match but even then, I think Both are equally powerful.

the thing is that was part 1 and saskue didnt break through he outsped his defense if you wanted the right image of it breaking there was a movie where naruto fought gaara and his rassengan actually broke through

Otsutsuki can't awaken the Tenseigan naturally, that's the point.
