Maybe , there's a chance but according to shukaku you wont be able to breathe once you're trapped in it though there's a chance of samehada breaking through it since it can cut anything

Kisame himself is a stamina beast. and water is sand worst enemy. Its not that Gaara cant counter it, its imply the abundance Kisame can make is incredible. I think terrain would determine this match up mostly.

Bee already lost he got negged diff :| 4th raikage can't win either kisame would just absorb his chakra before he can even land his first blow. Guy has a chance with 8th gate but he never fought guy with his shark sword. Gaara get negged worst than bee smh.for Orochimaru and Kabuto using Edo Tensei could work against them considering kisame could get limitless chakra so he basically a reanimated Shinobi at this point. Nagato is not mobile enough and pain can't really do anything either. Itachi is the only undeniable winner that you mentioned.

No , kisame aint touching the sand as it aint normal sand as it is his mothers spirit stated by his father rasa. It is not normal sand unlike the sand he controls from his immediate surroundings along with sand he crumbles and powders from rocks. Kisame's only chance is somehow breaking it with the spirit weapon but I doubt he could do it since he'll be immobile inside it .

No , the chakra in the sand is his mothers spirit hence why madara couldnt absorb it.

But Madara did absorb it :| the sand only acts as a defense by its self all attacks are chakra infused. Not to mention kisame can create a whole lake if he wanted to which would made all gaara sand he could potentially make gone. Once his sand get wet he has nothing
