I personally think Lee has a good chance against SM Naruto, atleast at first. BM is a different story

SM Naruto wins low diff. Naruto in sage mode could completely read and counter Lee's movements, and his taijutsu in SM is superior. No way is Lee faster than the 3rd Raikage Lee fappers xD Frog Kumite wrecks lee in CQC, and Rasen-Shuriken is just overkill at that point.

3rd Raikage's only speed feat is blitzing fodders. War Arc SM Naruto couldn't react to Blind Madara, who is slower than 6 Gated Lee, and can't withstand Asakujaku.
