3rd Raikage is faster than the 4th Raikage who after beginning of war stated that he was the fastest shinobi alive (other than Naruto). He also dodged a thrown Rasen Shuriken that came at him effortlessly in an instant right as it was about to hit him from behind. He also was said to cut off all of Hachibi tails at once. Madara was able to dodge FTG chararacters point blank and you think he is slower than 6 gated lee?

Pain clearly hopped over it and you see the sliced rocks afterwards. You can even see the Rasenshuriken in the panel to the left of him jumping over it using his rods. He says 4 seconds left after the Rasen Shuriken passes him, that's not debatable.

Here is an extremely clear depiction of the distance with their bodies and rasenshuriken as reference. It doesn't look like it spanned the entire crater, but we can still see the distance well here at the top, and it's really far. It travelled that distance in less than 1 second. That's extremely fast.

Naruto's physical strength becomes crazy here. Lee is intense himself but Naruto at this level can fairly casually throw out game-enders like this without dying or draining himself crucially like Lee's do:

Naruto will take some nasty hits but with his support, stamina and self-healing- Lee runs out of time. Let's not even include the Toad Summons. Fukasaku and Shima can defeat Lee by themselves.
