The power of Naruto's attack doesn't mean he's got great control, it just means that he pumped up so much chakra for that technique that it stood it's ground. Naruto cannot control lower chakra cost techniques, but he can use techniques that tax him. If Sasuke were in his shoes, Sasuke's Bijuu bombs would be just as strong but would take less chakra to make.

Sasuke had to control and change the shape of multiple chakra's besides and surpassing his own, and then add his chakra nature to the attack.

Sasuke's control surpasses Naruto's, it always will. Naruto can use MASSIVE chakra, but in regards to the extremely minute ways in which Sasuke manages chakra, Naruto cannot compete.

What did he do with the chakra he used to counter Sasuke's technique?

Average Shinobi's can't control Tailed Beast Chakra, because they don't have the privilege Naruto has.

-Kurama assisted Naruto in handing out Chakra cloak to the rest of SA - not Naruto's single effort.

Sasuke obviously has the better Chakra control, which was stated from P1 and in P2 was on par with Hagoromo's. There are lots of characters with better Chakra control than Naruto. People think if a character is broken, he must be the best at everything, but that isn't the case.

Every Uchiha has controlled chakra, so I don't see what's the point (works both ways).

Not compared to what Naruto did and the amount. Plus all that Natural Energy that Kurama (The current strongest Bijuu) said was alot. With no advantage like Sasuke with his Rinnegan, cause that was the only reason he did what he did. In the end Naruto still matched what Sasuke did.

Sasuke has obviously better chakra control .... his various chidori shape manipulations are proof of that and control over all the tailed beasts in a glance which surprised even hagoromo is ultimate proof of that.
