I'm basically just appreciating every female ninja because they are so criminally underrated and bashed.

Hinata not only created her own technique which is one of the coolest but would later use that technique alongside Naruto to save the world. One of the prettiest designs in the series and one of the most popular and someone who was there for Naruto since the beginning and truly did deserve his love! Also correct me if I'm wrong the strongest female doijutsu user alive?

Hanabi is going to be head of the Hyuga clan in few years. She's probably mid/high jonin level by now, and probably knows all of Hashi's techniques as well.

Hinata is a featless chunin.

Hanabi beat Hinata's ass when she was like 3 and would probably beat her now on her 20's as well.

Hinata was the only one who came to Naruto's rescue when he was cruelly pinned down by pain. A beautiful moment where Hinata embodied her nindo to never go back on her words, and protect the man she loved. Despite being completely outmatched and likely to be killed, she continued fighting to save him no matter what. In the end, her sacrifice to protect Naruto wasn't in vain. After Hinata was struck down, it caused Naruto to transform into his kyuubi form and break free. Without her interference, it's possible Naruto would have been captured by Pain and killed. Props, Hinata is Amazing.

Why would she need rotation, when she has a superior tech?

Being head of something doesn't mean much overall. Good thing Hinata was never interested in the position in the first place. Even if she's mid/high jonin level, she's still vastly inferior to a Hinata that settled at Chunin rank and never pursued Jonin rank. Hinata is arguably one of the most powerful Kunoichi alive.(Is the most powerful if we include her Rikudo Chakra)

Read the Manga. She by far has more impressive Canon feats than Hanabi.
