A gentlefist master is somebody who can use gentle fist effectively. That doesnt mean one who doesn't have the prodigious talent won't be mastering the techniques that require it.

64 palms aren't the clans techniques they're hidden secret techniques exclusively available to the head house. Typical Hinata fapper mastery of the gentle fist doesn't require those techniques. Especially when kishi makes it general it has to be available to the whole clan and secret techniques aren't. Jyuken thaijutsu to be more appropriate is what kishi is reffering to and its effective application.

Anything past that is fap unless she demonstrated new techniques then it's fapfic of Hinabae.

Hinata is mentioned as a Gentle Fist master which is a style with wide range of techniques. Naruto and Hinata married and had their kids very early on, I’m talking about in the age range of 19-22. By the time of ‘Boruto’, Hinata is in her early 30s. So in addition to raising both her kids, she managed to find time to train and master her clans techniques, something that by itself wasn’t going to be easy.
