Madara said he picked up his knowledge from the uchiha stone tablet which definitely said nothing about the powers of six paths of pain. So what he read is something black zetsu orchestrated for him to learn and teach with the rinnegan and with the rinnegan residing inside a different host.
A technique like that would be the Six path ten tails coffin seal technique, as tobi specifically said he read it from the uchiha stone tablet.
Strictly talking manga related only, all other believes put aside.

He definitely learned about the seal from the Stone Monument, but I don't remember him saying anything about learning about the Rinnegan or Six Paths Techniques from it.

Just because he used it when he had the Biju's chakra, doesn't mean that's the only time he can use it. IA is a Lightning technique, he is a Lightning user/master. And most importantly, Indra himself didn't possess the Biju, so why would his named technique require their power?

Naruto fanboys and their nonsense. Sasuke can use them, he just won't be allowed to unless he's fighting someone besides Naruto. Sasuke doesn't need someone to teach him, just like Kakashi didn't for Kamui and Indra's children who had to use the Sharingan after he died fighting Asura.

The Rinnegan would end fights as soon as they start, which is why Sasuke isn't showcasing the abilities. The whole point of Pain using so many abilities was so Naruto would look amazing after defeating him.

The Six Paths Jutsu's are exclusive only to Hagoromo, he's the Rinnegan true wielder and created every Rinnegan Jutsu, and Nagato because he's classified as sole user in the databook. Contrary to popular wank, Madara and Sasuke can't use the Six Paths of Pain Jutsu's, because they have their own unique Jutsu; Madara has Limbo and Tengai Shensei and Sasuke has teleportation and maintain Sharingan powers. They can't use Shinra Tensei or Banshon Ten'n, they're not even classified users in the databook for any Six Paths Jutsu.

The only Rinnegan powers all wielders share are Outer Path, shared vision, Chibaku Tensei and summoning the Mazou. Everything else is unique for each user, apart from Hagoromo as he created all Rinnegan Jutsu's.

No you are wrong. Both Madara and Sasuke used preta path, which is one of the six paths, and chibaku tensei is apart of the Deva path. Plus it would make no sense for Madara not to be able to use the paths when Nagato could, considering that Nagato's rinnegan was actually Madara's rinnegan to begin with.

I don't know why people can't accept the following obvious fact: Madara and Sasuke don't use the paths very often simply because they are used to using their MS abilities (which generally get the job done with ease, especially perfect susanoo). In a nutshell, they have plenty of other effective abilities which they are way more experienced with (where as Nagato had very few jutsus outside of the rinnegan paths, so he pretty much banked on the rinnegan as his main arsenal).
