Yes the Rinnegan has the capability of using all the paths.

But being capable of using the 6 paths doesn't = knowing how to use the 6 paths.

Sasuke only know outer,deva and to a small extent preta.


Sasuke doesn't know how to use Asura,naraka,human, or animal path.


That's just simple fact.

Gaining Rinnegan doesn't automatically give you a 101 lesson on how to use all the paths.

You have to be taught. The same way Madara taught obito.

The Six Paths Jutsu's are exclusive only to Hagoromo, he's the Rinnegan true wielder and created every Rinnegan Jutsu, and Nagato because he's classified as sole user in the databook. Contrary to popular wank, Madara and Sasuke can't use the Six Paths of Pain Jutsu's, because they have their own unique Jutsu; Madara has Limbo and Tengai Shensei and Sasuke has teleportation and maintain Sharingan powers. They can't use Shinra Tensei or Banshon Ten'n, they're not even classified users in the databook for any Six Paths Jutsu.

The only Rinnegan powers all wielders share are Outer Path, shared vision, Chibaku Tensei and summoning the Mazou. Everything else is unique for each user, apart from Hagoromo as he created all Rinnegan Jutsu's.

He's shown the same feats as madara (besides limbo hengoku), it's just that both of them never shown the same feats as nagato.

Madara said he picked up his knowledge from the uchiha stone tablet which definitely said nothing about the powers of six paths of pain. So what he read is something black zetsu orchestrated for him to learn and teach with the rinnegan and with the rinnegan residing inside a different host.
A technique like that would be the Six path ten tails coffin seal technique, as tobi specifically said he read it from the uchiha stone tablet.

:kk: you guys should get over this,sasuke only has as much paths as the current plots wants him to have but the current boruto doesn't give a whit about thats,it about dem new gens. Be prepared to see a nothing or a whole lot of inconsistencies.
