Now, Naruto has Rasengan vs Chidori clashed with Sasuke 2x in VOTE1, once at the 5 Kage Summit bridge, and during VOTE2 with Kurama/Susanno avatars. So instead of doing what he did against the 3rd Raikage and winning the fighting and killing Sasuke. Naruto does this.

Making his life a whole lot harder for himself. Remember, Sasuke's Sharingan was deactivated at this point. Meaning he was vulnerable to a counterattack. Like Naruto did here.

Sasuke was out for blood in VOTE2 and didn't kill Naruto because he couldn't. Naruto played defense much VOTE2 and didn't kill Sasuke because he didn't want to.



As for Indra and Ashura, I don't think Black Zetsu could've manipulated the Uchiha for millennia if the Indra had won against his brother. From what BZ said, he kept exploiting the Uchiha because none of them got close to overthrowing Ashura's descendants/the Senju until Madara.

What the hell? Sasuke was using Enton, so no, his Sharingan obviously wasn't deactive. The Manga literally shows him reactivating EMS to use Enton in the first place. Naruto lost his arm because he was forced to, not because he chose to in order to not kill Sasuke.
