Uzumaki chains jutsu is underrated

This jutsu is actually one of the most powerful jutsu .

It can be used for different purpose.

1. Creating a actual barrier

See when Minato said they need a barrier and Kushina created one with her chains

Notice how even Hiruzen and couple other ninjas were helpless and could not break this barrier and help Minato/Kushina.

Should I mention that Kushina even said she is low on chakra (previous image) yet the barrier was extremely strong.



2. Restraining opponent.


As seen on previous scans and as we remember those chains are powerful enough to restrain a Full Kurama while Kushina was low on chakra and weak considering she just survived Bijuu extraction
Those chains could restrain full Kurama .

Who is more powerful than Full Kurama ? I can only think about Hashirama , Madara, 8 gates Gai and Rikudo/Otsutsuki characters


3. Attacking purpose

Karin caused great damage to Spiral Zetsu version of Shinsuusenju. She did what characters like Hiruzen, Raikage, Mei , Tsunade and other alliance shinobis could not.

Keep in mind that databook 4 explains that because of lack of experience and control Karin version is weaker than Kushina´s yet they did cause great damage.

Really Orochimaru made his own village hardly a feat to boast about and considering uzumaki village is village hidden behind whirlpools it's naturally protected so doesn't add feats.

The just itself is highly under rated and has even more potential than kishi has shown.

You know everything you've stated is speculation and fanfic right. We know the extent of the uzumaki sealing jutsu the strongest being the reaper seal. A boy who didn't know anything about anything was chosen to bear the rinnegan in a war torn country.
As for Uzumaki being chosen to bear kurama that's because they have blood ties to the senju and would remain loyal to konoha in case your wondering.
