The reason Hashirama wanted the Uchiha to join the village was so that the fighting could stop because if the Uchiha established their own village the wars would continue.

It's not really underrated considering only one person alive(who doesn't fight) can use them, and they seem to only work in extreme distress(karins anyhow)
Yes it is, 100% Kushina would solo all the bijuus with those chains given that she solo'd Kurama with less than 2% of her power.
Uzumaki chains>1000 hands statue>perfect Kurama Susano'o.Perfect Susano'o rivals the bijuus but chains fodderize the bijuus, shinsuusenju>PS but chains fodderizes shinsusenju.Chains are underated.

All she can do is tie down a biuji it's hardly a feat of 1000 hands level or ps level. Base sharingan and mokuton are above it allowing for control of beasts and restraint if necessary. Also Kushina wasn't at 2% power her life force was diminishing like guys when he used 8 gates it didn't mean he was weakened just that he was dying.
Anyway it is under rated and has great plot development potential.

Cool, again, one of the users is long gone, and the other can't do it at will, and as far as we know no one else knows it. And yes I'm sure you can come up with some fanfic theory of someone possibly being an uzumaki cause they say a word Karin does, or senses like her, or has kushinas voice! Or some dumb sh t like that. You can't underrate the nuke you can't use
Btw, you can't call something underrated if no one ever underrates them, everyone knows what chakra chains can do, it's just that again... no one alive can use them at will, and there's no guarantee anyone past Karin will be able to at all

I don' t care if nobody will ever use it again, I just know that Kushina is a beast and that many underate uzumaki chains.

Your talking about a shitty version of shisusenju hardly a feat. The chains caught fodder zetsu of guard that is all. Against a real user those chains are fodder.
Naruto couldn't move because he's fodder not a pure blood Uzumaki if you look at the damage he suffered. His chakra wasn't gone his lifeforce pretty much left him in Naruto's case it could be argued that Naruto's chakra and kurama's chakra had become 1.
Kushina still had her chakra since she didn't bond with kurama and she had her powerful life force. Your trying to compare 2 unrelated situations.
Anyway Chakra chains are only an A rank jutsu like rassngan and other A rank jutsu. 1000 hands is an unranked jutsu.
The only 1 that's biased is you I actually like chakra chains and believe they could've been developed further instead of 1 showing.

Olympic level mental gymnastics. The one who was using the chains, karin also had a fraction of power of chains.
Rank does not indicate the power but the difficulty of learning, you dingus.

Of course it indicates both difficulty, power or dangers of it. Take scj it's not a difficult jutsu to learn but is B rank it's because of its effects/dangers.
As for the karins chains it was never stated she had a fraction of the power of Kushina's chains. From the Uzumaki we've seen so far she ranks second behind Nagato(because of rinnegan) in ability. Anyway the chains where exactly the same chains but used for attacking purpose instead of restraining purpose.
We've also seen the extent of kushina's chains they pale in comparison to 1000 hands, or even a basic mokuton restraint for tailed beasts. This doesn't mean they're weak however in the general sense.
