Yeah but i'm counting that. Kakashi only gets Susanoo thanks to Obito. Sasuke only gets EMS because of Itachi etc etc. Also hmm...at both points in the movie, Momoshiki lands a critical blow on both Naruto and Sasuke. One that without help from the other, would've been fatal.

Your list fails when you put Nagato under Hanzo :elmo: whoever Hanzo can defeat , Nagato can defeat .
Also Itachi Uchiha can defeat anyone beyond S/T users and TSB users . (He has the yata mirror so physical attacks can't do anything) inb4 some one telling Itachi can't use Yata for all directions :elmo: (yes he can use shadow clones and use Yata from all directions)
Also , why aren't Shisui and Danzo up there ? They can kill majority of NV using KA + Izanagi ....

Whoever has to breathe in battle....gets beaten by Nagato? No, there's completely different reasons why they would win battles. Shisui is too hype for my liking but hm, good point about Danzo.

How many characters start the battle immediately in their avatars unless the opponent has one of their own? Any later character with insane firepower can end Chibaku tensei. Incomplete Kurama simply appearing diffused the gravity of one of the biggest ones.

Well , Naruto usually attacks with his Shadow clones ; gathers intel and then attacks the opponent .
Any version of Naruto , beyond KCM , can use RasenShuriken on Hanzo from distance so I believe he can no diff Hanzo
So , repeating myself , who are the people that Hanzo can defeat but Nagato can't ?
To end Chibaque Tensei , you need a long-ranged strong jutsu .... Which means you can use the same jutsu on Hanzo to defeat him .

I want to put the GoldSilver bros on here but where would you realistically put their one main very temperamental and specific power?

temperamental and specific power is like almost everyone in the top 10 that you listed. Even with that issue, their fighting style never really deterred their fighting capabilities. As seen when they beat up Tobirama, the genius hokage senju. It was their edotensei body that cause their mistake in the first place, and the other needing a six path ultimate sealing pot that can one shot anybody including a biju in one seal.
I'd put them above Tobirama to be real, but it's just something to consider. It's your list so I can't force you to change your opinion.

War arc Gaara is superior to Hanzo, Tobirama, Minato, Mu, Gengetsu, Orochimaru (Edo Tensei included with pt.1 hokages), J-man, and Hiruzen. Kisame vs Gaara is ultimately a stalemate, though Gaara has the advantage, so Gaara > Kisame.

Her various other feats prove she's in the top 30, she is the strongest living kunoichi just deal with it.
