My Personal Top 30. Bring it.

[Bad Touch Yakushi]

TOP 30-ISH. Help me clean it up a little.

Trying to revise this, because my last tier list was back in 2014. I know little about the specific order of the top 5-6 so feel free to help me out there.

1.) Open to debate/criticism. Don't be a d*ck. Everyone got holes in their NV trivia.
2.) The strongest forms of these characters is what is being discussed.
3.) Edo Tensei is obviously counted as part of the earned moveset.
4.) Shown feats only. Not including the Shisuis, Mangetsus and Indras.
5.) The novels are being included here. Deal with it. I wanted to put Mecha-Naruto in here and still believe I should. Right above Killer Bee.

1. Kaguya Ootsutsuki (Dimension jumping. Infinite TBB Chakra. Technically immortal)
2. Momoshiki (Ninjutsu absorption gimmick nukes nearly all NV without intel)
3. Madara Uchiha (Power-ups on top of power-ups. IT included?)
4. Naruto Uzumaki / Sasuke Uchiha (This ain't the thread to discuss which is stronger)
5. Might Guy (8 Gates almost defeated Madara)

6. Kakashi Hatake (Double Kamui is broken)
7. Toneri (Puppetry, Insane Summon & Reincarnation Wheel)
8. Obito Uchiha (Juubi Jin. TBB Nukes & Barrier Ninjutsu. Niche way of defeat)
9. Hashirama Senju (Shinsuusenju. Advent World of Trees. Stamina & Healing)
10. Kabuto Yakushi (Edo Army, Manda II, 6+ Defences, immune to physical attacks & most genjutsu)

11. Hanzo (Insta-KO fog for 90% of NV. Sannin cant believe he died. Beat best kenjutsu user w/a scythe whilst senile)
12. Tobirama Senju / Minato Namikaze (Gamabunta or Water Style? Idk, their fans can tell me the specifics)
13. Nagato (Unkillable Summons, Chibaku Tensei and Gedo Statue summoning.)
14. Itachi Uchiha (Genjutsu, Susanoo, genius, Izanami and Totsuka & Yata)
15. Kinshiki (Insane close-range feats but ultimately killed by 2 mid Kages)

16. Muu / Gengetsu (Invisible and genjutsu are both hax with insane elemental jutsu and flight to back it up)
17. Orochimaru (8 Tailed-Serpent. Edo Tensei. Countless jutsu)
19. Jiraiya (Ma + Pa included make him hugely underrated. Basically fighting 3 Elite nin & a toad army)
20. Kisame Hoshigaki (Water Dome, transformation and chakra tank)

21. Hiruzen /Third Raikage (Insane durability and speed)
22. Killer Bee / Gaara (War feats & Bijuu or flight)
23. Kahyo (One-touch KO. Canonically Kage level. Broken ice jutsu could've killed Hokage Kakashi)
24. Chouji / Chouza (Mere movement causes seismic waves, 90% of NV can't approach. Godzilla w/ninja training)
25. Sakura Haruno / Tsunade (Sannin-level counts for something. Madara & Kido battles prove feats)

26. Yagura (Mirror & other shown jutsu are broken and Perfect Bijuu transformation)
27. Onoki (Insane battle feats, surprising durability in War and particle style)
28. Kido Tsumiki (Insane durability, unique jutsu and Bijuu Bombs)
29. Ay / Mei (Can't decide. Somebody more knowledgeable decide this one)
30. Sasori (100 Puppet Army. Multiple forms and poisoned blades)

Also considered: Chiyo, Deidara, Danzo, Kakuzu, Kimimaro and Dan Kato.

I am judging power based off of not who they can defeat but which percentage of the NV they can defeat in 1v1s. How it should be judged. ​

As for those above him? You guys make sure to read the bold at the bottom. Minato has been agreed on as superior for a while now. Hell, I proved it with a 15 minute ass video so let's not get started :')

No way he'd beat Nagato. He don't have the feats needed to burst through Chibaku Tensei.

I'm surprised that I don't see ginkaku and kinkaku when they were stated to have six path lineage as well as beat up Tobirama.

Their tools are insanely broken and dependant on the match-up could put them way up high, in very specific singular match-ups.

I'm aiming for quite a generalised list here, so really- the likes of Darui don't quite make it either. They're too temperamental a team to really place fairly. Up against a Naruto, Kiba or Deidara (hell even maybe Madara or Obito could fall to it)...their mouths get them instantly taken out of the battle, regardless of physical power.

These things I wouldn't put it passed them because of the people they've constantly battled. Just because Darui won due to plot reason doesn't mean they fight on his level.

These things I wouldn't put it passed them because of the people they've constantly battled. Just because Darui won due to plot reason doesn't mean they fight on his level.
A good example would be Hanzo. Why do you have him there at 11. since he was beatened by Mifune in his edotensei form?

Hanzo talked him through it. Whilst senile, out of his combat days and resisting Edo Tensei. He also literally gift-wrapped him the antidote, making him 1 in a million. I want to put the GoldSilver bros on here but where would you realistically put their one main very temperamental and specific power?

Didn't he do that feat after absorbing kinshiki

If we're talking a one on one fight I think Naruto and sasuke could easily take him out

And even in his powered up state momo was about to be beaten by them till he absorbed some more chakra

And technically Narutos the one who beat momo in the end

So without plot nerfing momo would of easily lost

Your list fails when you put Nagato under Hanzo :elmo: whoever Hanzo can defeat , Nagato can defeat .
Also Itachi Uchiha can defeat anyone beyond S/T users and TSB users . (He has the yata mirror so physical attacks can't do anything) inb4 some one telling Itachi can't use Yata for all directions :elmo: (yes he can use shadow clones and use Yata from all directions)
Also , why aren't Shisui and Danzo up there ? They can kill majority of NV using KA + Izanagi ....
