SasuSaku is the perfect definition of a one-sided relationship, like I want to pity Sakura but she signed for it.

Same, but she's an awful person.

Sasuke should have ended up alone or with Karin, I feel like his character.. is very bad when it come to romance.

Might still happen, it was very open-ended after all.

I'm wondering, without changing much the story what would you have done to make NaruHina better?

That was a awesome thread, well it make me sad by reading it because the potential is literally wasted.. Honestly, something that could have changed a lot of things ( like you write on your thread ) is the hug from Hinata perhaps make Naruto slowly realizing his feelings?

Yeah, Hinata and Neji imo are the most wasted characters in terms of potential.

Well, if Hinata was the heroine, which is one of the things I want to change, it would make things more gradual and realistic.

Without any bias we can say that NaruHina is best couple , but it also true that Kishi didn´t handle this pairing properly. I think Pain arc would be great moment to lay the foundation to this pairing.Naruto should appreciate more everything that happened there not just simply forgeting all that.

At this moment Naruto had to realise that in his heart, he has some deep fealings for Hinata, after all he did bring 6 tails because of her (something that never happened with Sakura for example). He had to realise there is someone who loves him with all his heart and it ready to die for him. Naruto thinking and having flashbacks about this event would be preferable too.Also after giving more thoughts he had to realise Hinata was the one who acknowledged him from the beginning (something he desperately wanted ).

This event had so many wasted potential if you ask me. I mean The Last movie is great and everything but Naruto really had to show some affections towards Hinata way before those events.

I want Boruto to make the Hyuga more important and Hinata is currently taking care of Himawari but sooner or later she is gonna become a kunoichi, they are a family of shinobi after all but what would you like to do with Hinata?

We still don't know what happened with the main and branch system. We can't say anything about Hinata yet, she may take over as clan Leader but, for some reason I don't see it happening.

its not just NaruHina ,Kishi didn´t handle any pairing properly at all.I am not saying its forced but everything happened so suddenly without any decent background.

.Kishi did said he sucks at romance . After all we can´t blame him, guy had to beat deadlines every week with new chapters. And keep in mind he is responsible for scenario and drawing too unlike with western comics where 1 man draws while other writes scenario.

I dont know why he trolled fans with those stuffs.

I have no doubt the Hyuga will be relevant in Bolt, considering how many characters related to it we have running around, including the main character. Sure you can argue that the Uzumaki were not relevant even with Naruto being the main character, but two key differences between Naruto and Bolt is that the Uzumaki were retconned into being a noble family and that there are far more Hyugas in Bolt tha there ever were Uzumakis in Naruto (2 and a half). It's just a matter of time.

With Hinata, it's hard to determine what they will do with her. On one hand, she can end up sidelined despite her potnetial as a character like in Naruto, or she can act as a major side character and train and guide her kids with their powers, or she can be a main character and fight the Byakugan aliens too.
