EMS is literally taking anothers eyes and combining their chakra with your own. By this logic otsutsuki can turn eachother into fruit and power up like momoshiki.

I'm pretty sure the thread is describing an Ootsutsuki clan who did not use Chakra Fruits, in which case none of those you listed would have the same powers they do.
