What Sasuke did is mainly Rinnegan feat not Sasuke´s chakra control. This is same Sasuke who was jelaous of Naruto using Kurama chakra so perfectly,hour or two before he got Rinnegan

What you said is true but that doesn´t mean if Sakura is given more chakra she would be worse than Sasuke at controlling it.
