The symptoms that come along. According to the statistic data on the matter I have studied, transgender people in most cases tend to be affected by significant stress factors normal people are not affected by, such as gender dysphoria, various complexes caused by their own inner struggle and by discrimination from their surroundings (which is naturally especially strong in a highly traditional and masculine society like army), not to mention all the problems the hormonal therapy causes to their psychic in case if they've gone for it. I'm fairly sure you can search some information on the matter if you're really interested in a professional approach. What makes it a disorder in your opinion?
Anyhow, with all mentioned combined, I don't believe it is wise to let transgenders into army. The risks of some trouble occurring because of this are too high and downright unnecessary.
