1) Ashura trains with people and awakens power rivalling Indra.
2) The Sage seeing him working with others decides to make him leader of the ninshuu.

Not hard to understand.

You are hung up on one word on one panel which doesn't mean what you think it means.

Entrusting everything=leadership of ninja creed.

He says that the same thing he trusted to Asura, he trusted to Naruto and Sasuke which yielded the same result. Come back when you have a manga-scan of Hagoromo giving Naruto and Sasuke leadership over Ninshuu. Don't worry, I'll wait.

To Indra, not to Ashura.
He didn't trust anything to Indra. If I have a child and he comes out with my dark brown eyes, I didn't trust him with my eyes. If my other son comes out with my broad shoulders, I didn't trust him with them. If I give my son the family fortune, then that would be entrusting. Either you don't know English very well, or you're purposefully manipulating words for your own argument.

Just leave this thread and never return, I put this picture in the thread so you would know Indra was not the person who was given power and yet you still parrot this argument that you know is false. Please, take your dishonest behavior somewhere else, it might corrupt someone into the same irrationality as you.

You are focusing on the law version of the definition but bequeath can also can mean pass on, and I can pass on my genes to my son.

Your interpretation creates contradictions, as Hago said that Ashura awakened his powers. That's why you are wrong.
Mine doesn' t create any contradiction.

He is talking about Ninshuu here.

You're going to ignore the manga scans I showed in the thread? He makes it quite clear he left power to Asura and left that same power to Naruto and Sasuke. The power he left was not Ninshuu. You're so ****ing fanboyish that it's pathetic. Accept when a scan isn't in your favor and move on with life.

No, you cannot bequeath your traits to your son. He inherits them on his own. Bequeathing something is giving someone something by your own will.

Hagoromo in that manga scan is talking about the power he gave to Naruto and Sasuke and compares it to the power he gave Asura. And we both know that he didn't give Naruto and Sasuke Ninshuu.

One word can be used in different circumstances and have different meanings, and bequeath also means pass on.
A little vocabulary lesson for you:
To bequeath:
1 (law) leave (property) to a person or other beneficiary by a will.
2 to hand down; pass on, as to following generations.

bequeath: bestow, commit, endow, entrust, give, grant, hand down, impart, leave to by will, pass on, transmit, will

You cannot bequeath the genes, to bequeath something you have to do it of your own will. A child can inherit any trait from anyone, even their great-grand parents. That person may have passed down the gene but they didn't purposefully give that child the trait. The child could inherit anything from either side of it's parentage. It's not bequeathing on the part of the parents, but inheritance on the part of the child.

I see what ' s your problem, if you bequeathed something to someone, that doesn' t necessarly mean that you did it on purpose. You can bequeath genes.

But what about intelligence, speed, strength, etc.

Can you give me your full reasoning lmao? I don't see how Sasuke is nearly as strong as featless Indra.
I never said Sasuke was stronger

I said Indra's Sharingan is stronger than VoTE 2 Sasuke's Sharingan

Indra was said to have the Sage's eye power, he doesn't have a Rinnegan so the author could've meant his dojutsu gave him Sage tier feats, VoTE 2 Sasuke displayed what those feats could've been. Hint : Indra's arrow

Okay I thought you meant he was almost as strong as Indra. Just their eyes? Aight
