I wouldn't place much expectation if I were you. It's more likely we will only be getting new content for 10 minute worth of material. Within 10 minutes, they probably gonna spend too much time on focusing on finding the medicine due to Himawari illness and it doesn't sound much interesting.
Himawari is on the episode definitely worth it but the synopsis seems to be focused on Boruto & Naruto reaction so potentially flashback, can't wait to see Hinata reaction to Himawari Byakugan.
Well ofc it's gonna focus on naruto&boruto reaction because they are gonna recap half of the episode from the OVA which is the flashback. We already know what happened when bolt were frightened after how himawari awakened the byakugan and oneshot naruto.
I don't think it will show anymore afterward, it will cut back to the present since the episode is more involved about curing himawari illness

True, but still I got my hopes up. I think it'll be mostly flashbacks. But it could be something like an extreme headache from activating byakugan, or she not being able to turn it off? We'll know that soon.
