Yea Hagoromo explained while back that no matter how excellent the parents are, the child cannot inherit from both parents genes and can only attain one of their abilities. This sound exactly like Momoshiki said to Naruto that he had all this power yet could not passed down to Boruto.

you likely need a pure byakugan to also get a Jagan
just pushing in chakra and more chakra would just mean making a more potent chakra fruit/tree, which means a more powerful RinneSharringan.

The hard part is for the Chakra to merge correctly with the said pure byakugan once it does via pure means/ good means it becomes the Jougan. Once it does via unpure means/ bad means it become a Jagan. The RinneSharringan's power scale is proportional to the chakra tree level.

for all we know you can make a level 100 RinneSharringan

Boruto getting the Jougan, besides plot is due to his father's good pure chakra or whatever and a pure byakugan; a Jougan can't be corrupt.

Likely a Jagan might be impure but it would also be really stable like the Jougan a complete polar of dark chakra merging with a pure byakugan or a impure byakugan (idk) and becoming the Jagan.

Unlike the RinneSharringan the eyes isn't decorative and is more primary in design due to its stability

seeing as in my theory it is the actual, successfully reincarnated byakugan and not the tenseigan then yes in a sense it is a eye from the dead


Also Boruto likely has base byakugans too for this to happen and I assume he will learn to default back into them as well

Well, assuming you are correct that the goal of the Ootsutsuki is to find a fruit powerful enough to give the Jougan, then it would make sense why they haven't yet been able to achieve it. Like you said, the consumption of the fruit only adds its own power/eye to the user as evidenced by Momoshiki and Kaguya. The chakra has to be passed down and mixed to create new abilities and evolutions. We also know that the Ootsutsuki pass on power to their next generation by converting their elders to chakra fruits and consuming them. Even when Momoshiki absorbs Kinshiki, he only got a chakra boost plus Kinshiki's ability to create weapons (at least in the movie lol).

It reminds me of Itachi's quote. "You Focus on the Trivial, and lose sight of what is most important, Change is impossible in this fog of ignorance. How can we Evolve when Regulation is all we know?"

But as of right now this eye is just an upgrade Byakugan. A Byakugan that have more deeper vision capability. Still no destructive capability of HAX. So nothing to be proud yet.

Hanabi's Byakugan seems to be the true pure eye.

They're the only confirmed pure Byakugan and they awoke the Tenseigan without arsepull. Yet you have Fodderata fappers claiming fodderata has the pure Byakugan. Boruto's Jogan takes the concept of eye from Hinata but has Kurama's sensing power which is its purity (to sense evil). Nothing to do with Fodderata having pure eyes bit her fappers live in denial. As for Naruto he served mainly as a vessel for Kurama to express his love to Hinata.

They are both likely to have the purest of Byakugan than the possiility of Sakura surviving being split in half like Tsunade did (just because they both have Creation Rebirth doesnt give Sakura the same feat of survivng that circumstance). But nevermind this.

Your bias is clear it implies Hanabi stayed the same and Hinata somehow excelled (not much though since she's still a chunin). Now purity of eyes is confirmed for Hanabi which is a definite and hereye power is also confirmed. From what we've seen when one recieved chakra from Hogaromo the effects are displayed pretty much instantly 6psm and upgraded rinnegan. So if Hogaromo's chakra does that then Hamura's should do the same correct so Hinata should have had Tenseigan yet she didn't get it. The only reason that could be is because her eyes aren't worthy 10 × 0= 0. Now no amount of fapping can change that.
