Remember when Temari said there's no one a better wind user than her, and then Naruto showed up saying me out of no where? I wonder how she felt about it? But on topic, Temari is one of the stronest female ninja.

the lighting element would be helpful, it can stun the opponent so Tenten can stun her and then throw a Fuma Shuriken to decapitate her.

but ofc in the Manga, Tenten lacks the panel time and feats so it would be hard to guess if she would be able to do that or not. but Anime Tenten wrecks.
