the lighting element would be helpful, it can stun the opponent so Tenten can stun her and then throw a Fuma Shuriken to decapitate her.

but ofc in the Manga, Tenten lacks the panel time and feats so it would be hard to guess if she would be able to do that or not. but Anime Tenten wrecks.

Please Sakura was able to fight sasoris paralysis effects despite being poisoned, lightening isn't doing a thing. Besides Sakura will read her attack before she directs the attacks and blitz her.

she can keep throwing weapons and explosives tell she puts Sakura in a position where she can land a clean hit on her. she is able to use wire string to better guide the weapon's trajectory so she has a chance in pulling it off IMO.

actually, the point of her throwing the weapons is for her to get an opening so that she can land a hit.

this what could possibly happen:
>Tenten throw rain of Kunai and explosive on Sakura
>Sakura evade and possibly get some damage which could possibly hinder her mobility for a bit.
>the moment Sakura evades Tenten take this chance and attack her with lighting
>once Sakura is stun she can directly throw a Fuma Shuriken and decapitate her

similar to what Sasuke did with Naruto.
