At the bottom right panel you can clearly see the tree has indeed crushed her body. I'm not saying the tree squished her and forced her upper body to burst from her lower body, but the tree is in fact pinning her down and is not simply hovering over her.

I'm assuming you're referring to the middle left panel, but again in the page that I linked above it's indisputable that the tree isn't right on top of her. Now again, I'm not arguing here that the tree was the thing that split her in half—that was me trolling around—but the tree is clearly resting on her. Regardless, can we all agree that at the very least this is just simply a poorly drawn/thought out scene, as in just about every different panel featuring the tree that the three of us have posted the damn tree has been drawn with varying shadow angles and lengths lmao
