Yeah, but some people are theorizing it is an eye mutation because of Hagoromo's blood (Naruto).

Yes, Hagoromo's Chakra isn't genetic.
I mean Naruto being Uzumaki would affect the Hyuga blood and give him that eye, but that is unlikely since there is far far far more evidence to suggest it is Hinata alone.

I think this ep pretty much made it obvious the Jougan is from Hinata only and has no influence from Naruto.

Yeah, I learned to save my threads ussually when my "Why Hinata would be a better heroine than Sakura" thread got deleted. That got like 3000+ posts I think. Though Xmiso gave it to me this time.

First he neg rep me saying I am a troll who thinks Konohamaru beat SM Naruto. Although I don't remember anything I said in the past. Then he dodge my post and reply to another guy who made a post before thinking I was living in the dark cave. Here Blaze made almost exact same quote from his neg rep except he further go along and said that I am "worst troll" and cheerleader than LB.
I thanked him for the neg rep cause that proves I must somehow struck his nerve even though I barely seen him or interacted this guy. Since he's so obsessed with the rep system. I told him that he got butthurt over something completely irrelevant. I call him out his insecurity nternet warrior troll and a stan cheerleader

But Jougan means pure eye. That said, it is possible it ha s acounterpart evil eye. Heck, that movie star with the red eye could be foreshadowing that.
