I don´t remember if Nue killed anyone but she wanted to destroy village, punishment for that would be whole life in prison in our world.
No one was killed, she hasn't even destroy any konoha properties beside the senju park where the nue was summoned. All she did was absorb some of their chakra and only couple of them was sent to the hospital.
