No restrictions other than what's in the manga, who takes this? Is kakashi by the war arc at a sannin level?

I know Sakumo wins but I don't think Kakashi can deal with Sm without any kamui. If he has one like he did in the war then he wins.

Don't know how everyone is fapping kakashi. How does kamui help kakashi end this match? Definitely not a snipe. Jiraiya is fast enough to dodge. Kamui never hits people of this calibre.

He can definitely kamui a lot of jiraiya's tech away(not all) but jiraiya has basically unlimited chakra in SM so kakashi runs out first.
Sound genjutsu pretty much ends kakashi. Jiraiya has sick defensive jutsu with his hair hardening thing. So how how how people does kakashi win this battle?

could jman detect kakashi about to do kamui by sensing chakra build up in the eye then summoning a toad to block los or a dust cloud.

Stupid question but what's los? I'm kind of in agreement with him, kakashi has sniped things very quickly, but these things were very linear in movement(like susanoo arrow and the nail from pain). I think sm jman could dodge a snipe, but most of his useful jutsus get kamuid away, although war arc kakashi was still limited as to how often he could use it. Don't get me wrong I still think kakashi takes this, just not straight "kamui gg".

Jiraiya i think has this fight. Kakashi is a toolbox of jutsus and i love the guy but Jirayia in sage mode would blitz him.

Tool box of jutsus is useless w/o great reflexes. kakashi's kamui snipe reflexes >> jiraiya's "blitz"

You know it's a bit more than line of sight right? If it were just that, he'd have beat deva path and all other peins on his own.

Jiraiya obviously loses. Come War Arc Kakashi has a Kamui someone of Jiraiya's speed can't dodge, and he can teleport around the battlefield freely. That along w/ Raikiri, which can pierce through any defense Jiraiya can mount, spells the end for Jiraiya.

No he wouldn't and pain arc isn't war arc.

Deva path can sense build up, and on top of that it was Dava and Asura. the side effects(at the time) would have left him open to the other path.

Lastly, it really isn't We've seen itachi v sasuke. all it is is line of sight, and if you can't escape it you're getting hit.
