Sakura ignored the genjutsu, she was already aware of it but wasn't affected by it and didn't say anything because she was thinking about other things.

She reiterated the fact that they were on the second-floor which everyone already knew. Can you show us the scan where she ignores the genjutsu? I don't remember this chapter much.

Because his Byakugan wasn't active. If it was he would have detected it or rather literally would have seen it.

Sakura is originally a genjutsu type. Just like at the Chunin exam final phase when
Kabuto put everyone in the audience to sleep, Kakashi, Gai, and Sakura were able to release it relatively easy.

Sasuke is aware of her affinity which is why he made that comment.

Plus as Exaar stated. They were hiding their abilities. Blurting it out wouldn't have been ideal, but Sauce couldn't give AF about all that. :bdpf:
