Yes, Sasuke Rinnegan in conjuction with Byakugou can dispel the jutsu. Sasuke just needed Chakra form naruto. aNd Byakugou had no problems spamming jutsu Kaguya was worried about wasting chakra with.

I agree i think the byakugou is really the x factor within dispelling IT it would help her endure some of chakra depletion needed for the technique

Likewise, Obito stated that transplanting a second Rinnegan would have been impossible for him to handle, despite possessing Hashirama cells and his innate Uchiha chakra.

Nevertheless, if only one Rinnegan is needed to dispel the IT, and Sasuke was confident that Kakashi was capable of using it, there's no reason to believe that Sakura couldn't do the same.

Well after VOTE2 Sasuke did recommend Kakashi as someone capable of dispelling IT with his Rinnegan but one could also say Kakashi couldnt handle the Rinnegan also especially after losing his Sharingan so to me that would make Sakura a better candidate since she has some pretty decnt durability feats as well precise chakra control

I dont get this, where does it say you need a strong body to handle it? Naagato was special because of his large reserves. Why can't she just cover it like Kakashi to keep it from being active?
I'm thinking with her chakra control and feats she may be able to suppress it until she needs it. I doubt Sakura would let it just sab her chakra.

If this was the case would you say Tsunade would handle it ?
