With the Rinnegan implanted could Sakura dispel IT?

Why is this even a hypothetical question? This situation is so unlikely that it's like asking if Sakura could use Wood Release. Even so, I thought the requirements to stop IT were the seals from Hagoromo. If the Rinnegan could stop IT, why didn't he do it by himself?

That's IF she could handle the transference and the power of Sasuke's Rinnegan. Hell, Obito said Madara's Rinnegan was overwhelming.

But all in all, I think it's possible.
